Casa YAA is part of La Flia Oceanfront Luxury, a gated, oceanfront boutique complex comprising six individual houses. Each house accommodates up to 12 guests and includes a private pool, high-end amenities, and distinctive design.
The houses are located on one of Puerto Escondido’s most pristine and beautiful beaches, offering a tranquil experience while remaining only 10 minutes from the popular La Punta area.

- Reception and concierge service to arrange activities such as yoga, massages, cacao ceremonies at the house, surf lessons, horseback riding on the beach, boat trips to see dolphins and whales, and fishing

Hello. The place is very nice. I would invest a little more in the furniture and decor; I think it could be spectacular with a little more design. We would definitely come back. Regards

The perfect place for a getaway. We really enjoyed it. Jose and his team made sure we were well taken care of….. I would rent this place again. FYI The ocean was beautiful, but it was a bit hard to get in because it’s open sea and the waves were quite strong.”

Mixed experience. The property feels more like a villa within a small resort than a private home with a chef. It's secluded on a private beach, hard to find (don’t use the listing address—ask for a GPS pin). Beach was dirty with debris and ocean too rough in September. The pool area was clean and relaxing. Bedrooms (2 king, 2 double) were spacious with AC and private baths. No room or villa keys, nor a safe, which felt insecure. Common areas are open-air—no AC, lots of mosquitos, a few bats/lizards, and a house cat. Chef prepares food offsite and delivers it on a cart; food was tasty but oddly portioned. Bartender was great, cleaners were excellent, but front desk staff were often unhelpful and slow to respond. We tipped throughout but still had a 15% gratuity added—wish we knew in advance. Overall, the experience didn’t match the high price. Villa is a 10-minute cab ride to town.

Location is great House is Comfortable, right on the beach, really nice common area and comfortable rooms. Mona was great at communicating. The food, especially the seafood lunch, was great. Santi from the beach bar offered great service There was no hot water the first 2 nights of our stay, apparently an issue with the boiler. Also the food service was not the most organized and very slow. Many things that were on the pre defined menu never showed up. I recommend checking closely the bill at the end of your stay, many things added that we didn’t consume

Idyllic stay in this ocean house, We hear the waves of the house , Pool is perfect Children and adults , everything is suitable ., You can go shopping and thanks to the barbecue we ate exceptional grilled fish dishes!

It was like being in a hotel, with staff always ready to help. Beachfront house with highly recommended food service. We also had the option to cook and once we finished they came to tidy up everything. It was an amazing stay

Nice space, super practical and functional. The rooms are very comfortable and the social area is in front of the pool overlooking the sea. We were very comfortable and super cared for by the entire team! Thank you very much! We hope to come back soon!

This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. 5-Star hotel level service, with the privacy and freedom of an Airbnb. Everything in the unit is perfect from the pool, to landscaping, bathrooms, and comfortable bedrooms. And the service is amazing. You don’t need to worry about a thing. They will organize your taxi service, food, cleaning, and anything you need during your stay and it’s all reasonably priced. Additionally, we had the chef cook us a wonderful dinner with steak, octopus, and more…it was one of the best dinners I’ve ever had. The breakfasts and rest of the meals served by their restaurant were delicious as well. I would stay here at least once every year if I could.
