A very nice place to share as a family, a private place near the park and other attractions in the area, 100% recommended, for a getaway to disconnect and enjoy Manuel Antonio.

I loved Michael's communication with us. The house is super comfortable and spacious. It has many fans and air conditioners, so you don't die of heat. I have a 2-month-old baby, and Michael provided a crib for her, which was very kind. The pool is very nice. The vegetation around the house is very pleasant. It's more beautiful than the photos, without a doubt. We would stay here again. Another important point is that the beach is close by car, about 10 minutes away. In conclusion, everything was wonderful. Thank you 🙏🏽

What a superb house!! The pictures do not do the place justice. It’s a lovely home and close to major attractions. Recommended

We stayed for 4 nights on our babymoon and had a great time! Loved having a private pool, also very beautiful surroundings (plants, trees, etc…) Inside the house itself was also beautiful, better than the pictures I would say! Very nice to just hang out in the kitchen or living room 😊 , feels like a real home and not just another airbnb! Location is also great, quick drive to so many restaurants/stores and to the beach and national park. Bonus points for the mango tree right outside the house providing us with our daily dose of delicious mangoes!! (if you come during mango season obviously - we were there mid-May)

Everything was wonderful and the birding tour he recommended was 100% the best tour we took. 1000% recommend staying with Michael and taking his suggestions. He will not lead you wrong.

Extremely pleased with the property and hosts. Amazing wildlife as you step outside the door (see pictures). As others mentioned, better than what the pictures show. Local host Michael was proactively helpful & friendly.

Really spacious villa with lovely pool set in its own private garden. All the rooms are large and airy. There's air con and ceiling fans throughout and lots of seating inside and out. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, we enjoyed the breakfast bar for chatting while preparing food. Bed linen is excellent quality and the master bed is huge. Plenty of towels for inside and outside. Room to park your car in the shade, the drive up from the road is steep and a bit scary in the dark! We had a fabulous time in the house and really felt the pictures didn't do it justice. It's so much better in real life. Kimberly was so helpful in arranging trips for us well before our holiday and recommending a car hire company. Before we arrived she had to pass us onto Michael who was equally helpful. He showed us around the house and explained how everything worked. It wasn't the cheapest villa but it was certainly well worth it. Thanks to all for a fabulous holiday.

Everything works as advertised and it’s a large place. Handy access to both Quepos and Manuel Antonio. However: the busy road below is noisy most of the day; while it’s paved, the steep road up and VERY tight turn into the property are hard to manoeuvre (try not to arrive in the dark); we were warned, but the pool tiles are really, really slippery when wet; overall the property seems a bit aged and could use a little TLC; and all the locks and stories about break ins days before we arrived made us a little nervous while there.
