Villa Maraf is a private residence steeped in history and elegance, located just minutes from the beach.

During the 1990s, it was home to the founding family of Grupo Maraf. In 2018, the residence was transformed into an exclusive boutique hotel inspired by fine jewelry traditions and personalized service.

The Space

With nine bedrooms and capacity for up to 18 guests, Villa Maraf is one of the few villas in Cancún of its size. It is well suited to large families and groups of friends seeking a private, comfortable, and relaxing vacation.

The property preserves many of its original details, including marble floors, marble structures, and Rococo-style décor. Each area has also been thoughtfully adapted to boutique hotel standards, with spacious bedrooms, private bathrooms, and amenities designed for a memorable stay.

Suite and Room Layout

Each of the nine uniquely designed rooms is inspired by a precious stone:

• Amethyst Suite — Ground floor: Private access from the front and back patios, a kitchenette, a private dining area, and the option to connect to the adjacent suite.
• Citrine Suite — Ground floor: Patio views and the option to add an extra double bed.
• Topaz Suite — Ground floor: Private access and views of the back patio and pool, outdoor furniture, and a spacious bathroom.
• Aquamarine Suite — Ground floor: Private access and views of the back patio and bar, with outdoor furniture.
• Red Diamond Suite — Middle floor: A cozy suite with a double bed and views of the patio and pool.
• Black Diamond Suite — Upper level: A spacious suite overlooking the backyard, featuring a black marble bathroom, walk-in closet, and private sitting area.
• Pink Diamond Suite — Upper level: A private balcony overlooking the front garden, pink marble floors, a bathroom, and a walk-in closet.
• Yellow Diamond Suite — Upper level: A large, modern bathroom with views of the front garden.
• Blue Diamond Suite — Upper level: A private balcony overlooking the backyard and pool, with Rococo-style design details.

Additional Information

Cleaning

Common areas are cleaned and maintained daily. Guests may also request daily room cleaning. Cleaning hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Laundry and Linen Changes

Bed linens and towels are changed every three days.

A washer and dryer are available on the property. Guests may request laundry service for personal items for an additional fee.

Cook Service

Guests may request the cook to prepare breakfast. A specialized chef with extended hours is also available for an additional fee.

If you would like grocery shopping completed before arrival, please contact the property in advance.

Security

The property is equipped with security cameras, alarms, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors. A security guard is also on duty at night.
