The Space

Villa Lasai is a luxurious 280 m² vacation home featuring three bedrooms spread over two levels, accommodating up to six guests. The villa showcases a refined blend of tropical architecture with materials like exposed polished concrete and natural stone, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living areas.

Overlooking both the ocean and jungle, guests can relax by the 25 m² saltwater pool while enjoying stunning views. The villa is situated less than a three-minute drive from world-class surfing beaches and downtown Santa Teresa.

This elegant home includes three bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, providing privacy for couples, friends, or families traveling together. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs.

Outside, a spacious terrace offers a large dining table, barbecue facilities, and sun loungers, all oriented towards the infinity pool with ocean views. Private parking is available for at least two vehicles.

To enhance your stay, Villa Lasai provides daily cleaning service, pool maintenance, and a security guard on duty from sunset to sunrise. A personal concierge service is also available to assist with transportation arrangements such as rental cars, domestic flights, taxis, and quad rentals. The concierge can recommend restaurants and activities including surf lessons, fishing, horseback riding, workshops, and private yacht tours.

For relaxation, selected masseuses, Pilates, and yoga instructors can visit the villa to provide pampering sessions. Pets are welcome at the property.

Please note that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the villa, as it is located on a hill within the lush mountainous area.

Guest Access

Guests have complete privacy and full access to the entire villa. The timing of the daily cleaning service is arranged with guests during check-in.

Villa Lasai is ideally positioned near some of Costa Rica’s most beautiful white sand beaches, including Playa Carmen, Playa Santa Teresa, Playa Hermosa, and Mal Pais. These beaches are framed by dense tropical jungle and are renowned for consistent surf conditions year-round.

Wildlife

The Santa Teresa area is rich in wildlife. During your stay, you might encounter white-faced capuchin monkeys, howler monkeys, coatis, iguanas, and various other native animals. Birdwatchers will appreciate species such as woodpeckers, magpie-jays, pelicans, and hummingbirds.

Blue Zone

The Nicoya Peninsula, where Santa Teresa is located, is recognized as one of the world’s five Blue Zones—regions noted for the longevity and healthy lifestyles of their inhabitants. This area offers an exceptional environment for both visitors and residents seeking well-being.
