The Space
Located on the fifth and sixth floors at the top of the building, this two-level penthouse benefits from excellent ventilation and abundant natural light. The fully air-conditioned property accommodates up to four guests and includes:

The property is situated in a very safe area in the tourist heart of Playa del Carmen, approximately 150 meters (400 feet) from Mamitas Beach and Fifth Avenue.

Cleaning and Utilities
- Check-out cleaning is included.
- Stays longer than seven nights include one additional cleaning service at no extra charge.
- Additional cleaning is available upon request; a fee may apply.
- All utilities are included without limits, except electricity.
- Electricity includes an allowance of 50 kilowatt-hours per day, which is usually more than sufficient.
- Excess electricity usage is charged at 6 Mexican pesos per kilowatt-hour and may be paid in cash at check-out.
Rentals of 28 Nights or Longer
The following conditions apply only to stays of 28 nights or more:
- A refundable cash deposit of US$500 per month of stay is required upon arrival.
- Utilities are included except electricity, which is charged at check-out according to consumption.
- Check-out cleaning is included.

The spot and view are amazing and breathtaking. The condo had all that we were looking for - starting with a comfortable bed, which is not always the case in AirBnBs. When there were too many around the pool area, you could go back to your private deck and put on some noise-cancelling headphones. A positive surprise: at the pool, there is a bar where you can order endless... cocktails! The location is quiet after 10 PM, while being very close to the famous Fifth Avenue where all the tourist restaurants are, but you can also wander around it and find some interesting spots. There is also a big supermarket where you can find everything, including a $2,500 wine bottle !, at a 5-minute walk. If you want to be picky, the pool water (in December) was fresh but not cold + we never found a bread toaster.

Our stay at Marco’s place was truly amazing! Perfect location right off of 5th Ave, but also tucked away just enough to get away from the noise. Marco was also very helpful and accommodating during our stay which made everything that much easier on us. Would 100% recommend staying at Marco’s when visiting Playa!

A very nice and practical apartment. If we returned to Playa del Carmen, we would definitely return to the same place. Privacy for the family, ideal for resting, relaxing. If you're looking for a party, it's also very close to both Club Mamitas in Playa and 5th Avenue. Access to the pool from the rooftop room, excellent! We enjoyed it and took advantage of it a lot. Highly recommended to anyone coming here

This was my second stay at Marco’s place! If you want to be near downtown Playa and the beach, you can’t beat this location.

If you want to be in the center of Playa, this is the place. The rooms are great, rooftop with an own private little piece of terrasse is so nice, and the whole pool area just the place to hang out, maybe chat with the many that lives their permanently or just be yourself. View over the beach is breath taking, especially for watching the sunrise - and just easy access to all the shopping areas and restaurants. Be aware that there no doubt will be loud music coming from the nightclub in front and the bars in the streets around. Music is very popular and the louder the better..:-) Also there are apparantly ventilators on the rooftop, so there is a constant buzzing from this that can be heard mostly in the master bedroom that lies just beneath. If you are not noise sensitive as we are, this is a perfect place. Its clean, the communication is awesome, kind and quick, and the concierges in the front desk do everything they can to make you feel at home:-) You can walk to everything, which is great. Be sure to visit the cafe Choux Choux (french ) Nativos (genuine mexican) and do your shopping at DAC (a small farmers market. ) Also be sure to visit Winebar Caruso with the most authentic Italian (the owner is Italian and its a lovely story how he came here). And pls.... stay away from the aweful tigers and lions cub farm on 5th. This is so sad to see people prosper on animals that ought to live in nature. Dont support this.. We had a great vacation - thanks:-)

The place looked like it does on the photos! There is plenty of space for 2-3 people. The location is great only 5-7 minutes from both the beach and 5 Ave! The internet wouldn’t work on the upstairs TV but everything was great. 👍🏼

Location is in a great spot. It’s close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping centres. Area is vibrant. Best part is the master opening to the pool and the views of the beach from the rooftop. Hosts were prompt and accessible. Worth the stay.

If you want the true PDC experience, this is a great place to be. The apartments is absolutely beautiful and provided plenty of room for my family and I. It is just a couple of blocks from 5th avenue, if that is your thing, but also within walking distance to just about everything. As the pictures indicate, your patio opens to the pool, which was great as it gave you a front row seat to the parties that were going on in the hot tub for most of the time we were there. The PDC crowd likes their music loud which was a bit annoying at times but if you closed the doors, you could not hear a thing. We enjoyed our Christmas break immensely and would recommend this place to all.
