We'd like to thank Felipe and Mr. Guillermo, who were always attentive and willing to resolve the issues we reported. However, there are several important aspects to improve. The house is quite far from Av. Miguel Alemán and has too many stairs, which is important to consider for seniors, children or people with limited mobility. In addition, the viewpoint urgently needs a railing or protective glass for safety. Cleanliness was very poor: we found dirty dishes and pans full of grease. The pool water was cloudy and needs better maintenance. The washing machine doesn't work, and the water in the showers doesn't get really hot. We also ran out of water one day, although they fixed it. I don't consider it suitable for small pets: two opossums got into the kitchen, and one of my dogs was attacked by a vulture that was hanging around the pool. We felt very comfortable. The house is just as in the photos and has a very nice view from several parts of the house. Mr. Memo and Mr. Felipe were always attentive and very friendly. Without a doubt, my family and I will return.

Our stay was excellent. 🥰 The house is very comfortable, cozy and has everything you need to enjoy yourself and feel at home. We spent some incredible days, had a lot of fun and enjoyed every moment. 🌴🌊 Felipe was an excellent host, very attentive and friendly at all times. We are also very grateful to Mr. Memo for helping us with the delivery and receipt of the house, always with a very helpful attitude. We definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon. The house is very nice. It has a beautiful view. It's a quiet place. There are beaches nearby and the coast is a maximum of 20 minutes by car. Just keep in mind that there is a steep climb upon arrival, so be careful.
