We had a wonderful stay! The whole team were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent, with quick responses and prompt assistance whenever we needed anything. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would happily stay here again!

Very helpful over their group chat- in terms of arranging transportation and answering every question in a very timely matter. The villa was gorgeous, very clean and in a good, private spot. About 5-10 mins out of Tulum. We went for a Bachelorette party and we would definitely recommend!!

Love it! Super service, communication and a fabulous place to stay! Even little things like pepper, salt and olive oil in the kitchen were there. Everything was simply thought of and we felt very comfortable. An oasis on the outskirts of Tulum. Only the mosquitoes were very hungry all day, but the hotel can't help that :).

The unit itself had shortcomings, most importantly, a lack of a suitable place to dine as a group. I should have noticed that in the photos. It was a 4-bedroom unit, a good fit for our extended family of 6 adults and a 2-year-old. The main floor kitchen had a 3-stool island. It was also not toddler-friendly. On the third floor, there was a hearty table with 4 chairs that we could use by turning it sideways to face a built-in lounge, but for some bizarre reason, there were two fake wooden chandeliers above the center of the room that were now ready to bash you in the head. You also had to abandon the space at dusk to avoid the mosquitoes. There were a lot of nice things about the unit itself, but it just wasn't ready for prime time. Get a new couch, get softer beds, and add a rounded nose to the kitchen island to accommodate more stools. Lastly, security: our unit could be entered through a utility entrance, we didn't have bedroom door keys, so why lock the front door?

There were 4 of us staying and we all really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless, had a good kitchen for us to cook breakfast in the morning. Also having washer and drier was extremely useful. The rooftop patio was great for mornings and evenings. The villa is 30 min walk to centro Tulum (but Oxxo was only 10 mins), but the concierge service was great for pickups from airport and to the beach. The positive side is that it was extremely peaceful to rest in, centro was noisy in the evening. So would highly recommend. Also a good restaurant onsite as well. Fresh towels and cleaning service.
