Beautiful house with a wonderful view of the lake. The hosts were very helpful and kind, as was the hostess, Tatiana. Recommended for a family trip. The house is very comfortable, and the beds and linens are of a very good quality. We will definitely return.

What an amazing place to stay at! They were not joking about the place not being suitable for the elderly so please take that into account when booking. The views were amazing and Elena was always checking in on us to make sure we were good! Me and my family loved it.

We had a good time on our trip. The house is truly an architectural masterpiece. It is very vertical though, and definitely not for anyone that can't handle climbing a LOT of steps. This was not a problem for us though. Friday night when we arrived, it did not seem like the house was ready for us: the hot tub had a hose in it and was overflowing; the pool didn't have water, which was a bummer because we were looking forward to using both of those. The internet was out for most of our trip (but cell service is not a problem), and the water in the kitchen was at a trickle, which made washing dishes difficult. But other than that, everything else was great. Chuy, the property manager, was fantastic. Responsive for any needs, and he helped us reserve a boat that picked us up right at the house dock. Pool and hot tub were up and running on Saturday. The house is in a great location to town, quiet, private, incredible views, and full of nature. I would definitely return.

Very concerning experience due to safety issues. From the moment we arrived, we were warned about scorpions on the property, and during our stay, we found several, including inside the room where we slept with our pet, which forced us to change accommodations. The most serious issue was an accident in the hot tub: my mother got trapped by suction in one of the openings; we had to take her to the hospital and cover the medical expenses. Also, we did not receive timely support during the emergency. We later learned that this incident had already happened before, which is even more concerning. The property has serious maintenance and security issues that should be addressed before continuing to rent it. I would not recommend it.

It was a family stay. We had a great time!! It's a spectacular house with beautifully decorated spaces, with windows and balconies overlooking the lake and the surrounding vegetation. It's located in one of the best areas of Valle de Bravo. We really enjoyed the pool area, the Jacuzzi, and the dining/grill area. It has everything you need to relax as a family in privacy and in great comfort. It's a beautiful, clean, and functional house. Many thanks to Tatiana, who was always friendly and kind, gave us instructions, and was always attentive to our needs. Thanks to Mr. Chuy and Ms. Jacky, who helped us with everything we needed during our stay; I definitely recommend it... we'll be back soon!

We all appreciated very much being able to stay at Tatiana's property. I should say that we were were also very happy to be able to spend an additional night with only a day's notification, which was very valuable for us. It is a charming and spacious area, gets lots of light, has magnificent views of the lake, and it is within easy walking distance of the city center, many restaurants, and the many things that the center of Valle de Bravo has to offer.
