The Space

Located on the 10th floor of the Playa Blanca tower, this three-bedroom, three-full-bathroom condominium overlooks Playa los Algodones, considered the best beach in San Carlos. The modern, well-equipped space offers ocean views and beautiful sunsets, along with high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in every bedroom, including access to services such as Netflix and Amazon.

The living area includes a 75-inch Smart TV. Adjacent to it, the spacious dining area seats eight guests comfortably.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

• Oven
• Electric stove
• Refrigerator
• Microwave
• Two coffee makers: one filter coffee maker and one Nescafé capsule machine
• Dishwasher
• Water filter
• Toaster
• Blender
• Plates, glasses, utensils, and other essential kitchen items

The condominium also features central air conditioning, smart LED lighting, a washer and dryer, and excellent-speed Wi-Fi.

Bedrooms

• The primary bedroom has a 75-inch Smart TV, ocean views, a large bathroom, and a small desk overlooking the ocean for work or reading.
• The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a full bathroom, and a Smart TV.
• The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a single bed, and a Smart TV. Its full bathroom is located outside the bedroom.

A large terrace provides a table with chairs, an armchair set, a breakfast table, and an outdoor room.

Sheets, pillows, towels, soap, small shampoo, and other essentials are provided for a comfortable stay. Guests can also enjoy books, board games, and beach toys for children.

The condominium is located on the 10th floor and is accessible by three elevators or two side staircases. Ample secure parking is available.

House Rules and Additional Information

• Parties are not permitted inside the condominium.
• Loud music and high-powered speakers are prohibited.
• Guests must moderate their behavior and respect other condominiums.
• Drugs, including marijuana, are not permitted.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the condominium.
• If bringing a pet, please keep it off the armchairs and beds and ensure it does not leave waste on the condominium floor.
• The swimming pools and jacuzzis are shared by all residents and guests in the building.
• Pool and jacuzzi temperatures are controlled by building management and cannot be adjusted upon request.
• The quoted cleaning service covers only the final cleaning after the stay; no additional cleaning during the stay is included.
• The bar and store on the ground floor are privately operated. They are generally open during the summer season with limited hours, so plan accordingly.
• An Oxxo convenience store is located across the boulevard when exiting Playa Blanca.
