Construction Notice

Los Cabos is a growing resort area, and construction may occur at any time without notice. We have no control over construction projects or schedules; however, we will do our best to assist if construction causes an inconvenience.

Guest Access

This private home is located within a gated community. Guests have private access to the entire home, including the pool, except for the locked owner’s closet.

Important Information and House Rules

• The minimum age for all guests is 25, excluding children traveling with their parents.
• Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior after 10:00 p.m. may result in a fine.
• Extra-person fees apply after the 13th guest.
• By booking a reservation, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and accept all terms and conditions listed in the agreement.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Weddings, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and other events are not permitted unless specifically pre-authorized and the applicable event fee is paid.
• The total number of people allowed at the property at any time is limited to the contracted number of guests for the reservation.
• The renter must disclose the number of people in the group and provide the name of every group member. See the rules for additional terms.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are prohibited at all times.
• Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning. Guests are fully responsible for paying these fines.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without approval. An additional deposit is required.

Children

Please list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with their parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Holiday Minimum Stays

• A seven-night minimum stay is required for December 25 and January 1.
• If the reservation includes both holidays, a 14-night minimum stay is required.
