Ventana a las Olas (4br)

Our second time staying in Hacienda Iguana; great house, perfect location! I came with my family ...6 adults, a four year old and 1 year old...there was plenty for everyone to do...surfing, swimming, beach, pool . James supplied the porta crib and high chair which was super helpful. House was immaculate... We had Cecilia cook for us for the week and it was AMAZING!! James was super helpful and responsive...LOVED our stay!!

We loved our stay. The house is very spacious and clean, the view is absolutely amazing. All glass wall makes you feel like you are already outside. We have stayed in 4 different beach front properties in Iguana and this house is our favorite for sure! James replied to our questions right away and was a great host.

Absolutely amazing experience staying at window in Las olas. 2nd time visiting hacienda iguana and I didn’t think it would be possible to top our first trip but we decided to stay at a different house and boy, this place exceeded our expectations - very clean, spacious, and directly in front of Playa Colorados. Highly recommend doing a catering option for food if you’re traveling with a group of people… ask for Martha! James was so easy to work with and we all are excited to book again next year!

Very nice place. Friendly and helpful staff. Keep available more Paper towels for kitchen and some basics, like sugar, salt, pepper, oil, etc. All else fantastic.

Great house, newly built, clean with a great big open family room /kitchen. Great covered patio and pool looking out onto Colorados. Friendly service via Nicaragua360 to arrange anything you need. Highly recommend this house!

The entire staff was perfect. James was always able to communicate with whatever I had questions on. The staff on site was friendly and the food was very tasty. We will be back for sure.

This was our second time staying at this amazing house. It’s perfect for surfers and non-surfers because you don’t even have to leave the house and you can watch the water. David and Norman are the absolute best and respond immediately whenever you need anything. We cannot recommend this enough for a perfect family vacation.
