Cleaning and Services
- A cleaning fee covers the end-of-stay cleaning.
- Additional cleaning during your visit is available for an extra charge and subject to availability; please request in advance.
- For stays of seven days or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is provided.
- For reservations exceeding four days, complimentary laundry service (washing and drying) is offered. Requests can be made directly to the cleaning staff or via message.
- Towels are changed free of charge every three days. More frequent changes can be arranged for a small additional fee.
Important Notes
- Water shortages and power outages are common in Tamarindo. While the building lacks a generator, water reserves are available and should be used responsibly.
- The area is developing, so some construction noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM; otherwise, the environment remains peaceful.
- Insects are a natural part of Costa Rica’s ecosystem and do not indicate uncleanliness. Guests are asked to treat them respectfully and avoid killing them.
- Food left exposed may attract insects due to the jungle surroundings.
