The Space

The house is spacious and designed for families to enjoy together. It includes multiple independent bedrooms arranged across the first and second levels, with shared living areas, private bathrooms, fireplaces, Jacuzzis, and access to outdoor spaces.

Master Bedroom

Located on the second level, the Master Bedroom offers exceptional views of Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango Volcanoes. It includes:

• King-size bed
• Jacuzzi for two people

• Two sinks
• Dresser
• Walk-in closet
• Living room within the same space
• Fireplace with Antigüeño design
• Direct access to the terrace

The safe is not available for guest use.

Two First-Level Bedrooms

Two more bedrooms with private bathrooms are located on the first level and connected to the Master Bedroom. A lobby separates the rooms. Each includes:

One room has a shower with jets and a partially open ceiling following the Antigüeño design. The other room connects to the corridor leading to the pool and has two exits, providing additional independence.

Additional Rooms

The house also includes:

• An additional room with a private bathroom for a driver or administrator
• An administrator’s room with a double-size bed

The property is suitable for couples, three-generation families, families traveling with friends, and visitors staying in Antigua Guatemala. Four suites have king-size beds, while two suites have two twin beds suitable for children.
