Overview

The Village 7 Piedras is a beachfront property in the exclusive Plata Verde area of Troncones, approximately a five-minute drive from the village center.

It is a sister property to Casa 7 Piedras, located next door, but operates completely independently.

Designed to provide privacy for families and groups of friends, the property includes three villas, each with two bedrooms. Every bedroom features:

• One king-size bed
• A private full bathroom
• Air conditioning

The Space

Located in the southern part of Troncones, this property offers a peaceful setting directly on the beach.

Most shared areas are outdoors and include two ocean-facing terraces:

• A living room terrace beside the pool
• A dining and kitchen terrace

The property occupies a private section of the beach, offering added comfort and seclusion.

Guest Access

Upon arrival, the property manager will greet guests at the door and provide information about the house and surrounding area. The manager will also share the internet access password.

Please provide your expected arrival time in advance to help ensure a smooth check-in and a pleasant experience.

Additional Information

Please observe the maximum occupancy limit. If additional guests arrive, the following fees apply:

• $500 per person, per night if the additional guests are reported in advance
• $1,000 per person, per night if the additional guests are not reported

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome. A fee of $300 Mexican pesos applies to each pet, payable through Airbnb.

Please follow these pet regulations:

• Collect and dispose of pet waste.
• Do not tie pets to plants or other vegetation.
• Take care around local wildlife, as many turtles come to lay their eggs on the beach.
• Do not dry pets with the towels or place them on the furniture or beds.
• Do not allow pets in the pool.
• Do not abandon pets.
• If the pet service fee is not paid, a charge of $1,000 may apply.
