The Space

Casa Vega is a beautifully restored colonial home located just half a block from the central park and downtown Granada. This residence exemplifies the charm of a traditional colonial house, featuring two spacious living areas, an open garden, a stunning wooden staircase, and antique furnishings throughout.

The two living rooms offer ample comfortable seating with custom-made furniture. The home is adorned with exquisite artwork and numerous pieces of hand-thrown pottery. At the heart of the house lies a central corridor with a striking swimming pool, an artistic waterfall, and lush gardens. Surrounding the corridor, there is plenty of seating ideal for activities such as reading or working on a laptop.

The dining area includes a large table that seats eight, along with a smaller table for four located just off the kitchen.

Downstairs, there are two generously sized bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and cable TV. One bedroom features a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the other contains two twin beds and shares access to a bathroom adjacent to the patio. Both bedrooms are elegantly furnished and provide access to the central corridor and the back patio garden.

A beautiful wooden staircase leads to a spacious upper patio that connects two additional bedroom suites. Each suite includes a king-size bed, a large full bathroom, air conditioning, and access to the back patio. The patios offer stunning views—one overlooks the Granada Cathedral, and the other faces the Mombacho Volcano.

Location

Casa Vega is conveniently situated near the central park, surrounded by numerous fine restaurants and vibrant nightlife options. It is within easy walking distance to many of Granada’s art galleries, museums, and popular tourist attractions.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire house throughout their stay. Daily maid service is provided for added convenience.

Additional Information

The property is very close to the central park and the municipal market. Just one block away is Calle la Calzada, a lively street featuring a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and tour offices. For those with a car, a public parking garage is located nearby.
