The apartment is located on Main Street in Playa Chiquita, the quietest and safest area of Puerto Viejo. The Caribbean’s most beautiful beach is only a few meters away.

Restaurants, supermarkets, and bicycle rentals are also within walking distance. The area is well connected and just a few minutes by car from downtown Puerto Viejo, Punta Uva, Playa Cocles, and Manzanillo.

The Space

This private apartment is surrounded by nature and designed for rest and relaxation. It does not share any areas with other guests or the owners, except for the property’s main entrance.

The apartment is located within a gated, secure property where guests may commonly see birds, sloths, and monkeys. It includes:

• A main bedroom with a double bed and orthopedic mattress
• A single sofa bed
• One bathroom
• A fully equipped kitchen
• A private patio
• A porch overlooking the tropical garden

The brick building features Mediterranean-style architecture and is fully protected with mosquito screens.

The peaceful, nature-filled surroundings provide an ideal setting for unwinding. The beach, considered one of the most beautiful in the Caribbean, is approximately a five-minute walk away along a natural path.

No cleaning fee is charged. Guests are kindly asked to help keep the apartment clean and tidy during their stay.

Parking

Parking spaces are available in front of the house along the main street, within a private area reserved exclusively for guests.

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. During more than eight years of operation, there have been no incidents, and the area is monitored by security cameras.

Because the parking area is open and does not have a gate, vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. By making a reservation, guests accept these conditions. We are not responsible for damage, theft, or other incidents involving vehicles.

Guest Access

The apartment is in Playa Chiquita, a well-connected and accessible neighborhood where guests can find everything they need within a few minutes’ walk.

The area is very safe, including at night, so guests can comfortably visit nearby restaurants. Several bicycle rental shops are located close to the house, offering a convenient way to reach Puerto Viejo’s beautiful beaches and explore the surrounding nature.

Additional Information

Because the property is in a tropical environment, insects may occasionally enter the apartment despite our best efforts.

The apartment is intended as a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the calm of the Caribbean. To help maintain a quiet atmosphere for all guests, loud music is not permitted at any time of day or night.

Laundry service is available for an additional fee of $10 per bag, including washing and drying. Each bag may contain up to 4 kilograms. Several laundromats are also available nearby.
