Casa Sueño exceeded our expectations for our large family. The house surpassed what the photos portrayed, as it was not only spacious, but also incredibly clean, secure, and comfortable. The main reason we chose this house was for its stunning backyard, and it certainly lived up to our desires. Our host, Gaby, was always available and very accommodating. However, our otherwise enjoyable stay was unfortunately marred by unexpected water problems. After our second night, most of the bedrooms lost hot water, which wouldn't have been a major concern if it weren't for the three 3-year-olds and one 5-year-old in our group. To make matters worse, we experienced a complete water outage for nearly a full day. Gaby arranged for maintenance to address the issue the following day. While we understand that these issues were beyond anyone's control, it was undeniably frustrating, especially considering the significant amount we paid for our stay.

Host was nice to deal with, unfortunately the house was less than perfect, one would think that for the high price (over 5k )the home would be in great condition or at least clean, all of my family members were attacked by bed bugs and tons of insects in the house, not to mention all the little lizards, ants and cockroaches running around all over the house, and worst either dog or cat hairballs everywhere the house showed lots of wear and tear like broken slider door handle, loose stucco, master bedroom A/C not working properly, pool table broken, dirty old leather couch, Jacuzzi not working at all

The house is incredibly beautiful, everything was very good, except the area is not very nice, but it is very well located! The bedding did leave a bit to be desired, especially the pillows but everything else was perfect! The service was magnificent. Only the last one we did not have good communication , but I hope it is resolved! Yes , I highly recommend the house. Everything was perfect

Sebastian is a super host. This was a great place for myself and my family of 9. The home was big enough where no one was in each others way. The pool was amazing and I loved how each bedroom have its own bathroom. Our chef Beatrice was awesome and I suggest booking her because her food is superb. I would defined stay at this home again when visiting with family or friends. Thank you Sebastian for your hospitality.

This house was incredible! I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. We had a very large group and this house was able to accommodate us all comfortably. The pool was great and the kids LOVED it! The weather was very humid during our stay so it was great being able to keep cool with the pool and the A/C’s in each room certainly helped as well. It has a great location. There is a convenience store, gas station, super-market, bank, and more within a 2 minute drive. The popular 5th Ave is only about 10 minutes away so you’re away from all the hustle and bustle but can get there as soon as you want! The popular park, Xcaret (which I highly recommend), is only 15 minutes away while the water park, Xel-Ha, is just 35 minutes away. Our host, Sebastien, was very accommodating and was kind enough to recommend the local Cenote Azul which is beautiful and great for all ages. If I HAD to find something to nitpick, all I could say is that the pool table (yes there is a pool table and ping-pong table!) had a few pockets that were torn, but we improvised and folded towels and set them under the pockets and any balls that fell through fell onto a nice cushion! So, even with the holes, we were still able to play and enjoy it. I highly recommend staying here to anyone with a large group and we are definitely hoping to come back some day!

House is very big able to fit my family of 9 plus 2 kids. House is close to downtown and beach approx 10mins. Also a Walmart thats 8mins away

Very large accommodation, very nice. There are plenty of bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms. We were several families and everyone is delighted. Supermarket is close by. It's convenient. For the beach, you have to drive back. You can park the car without worries on the street. No feeling of unsafe on the street of casa Del sueno. Very effective communication with the owners. They advised us on an awesome cook (who comes to prepare meals (children and adults) at home as well as a reference for a French-speaking guide to visit chitchen itza.
