The view is impeccable! You are literally steps away from the beautiful beach! The room was clean and pristine. Laura was very responsive and sent recommendations quickly. This place is away from the hustle and bustle. (25-30 min away from airport) Pure relaxation here. My 8-year-old Birthday girl had a blast at the Waterpark. You're able to walk to Playa Del Nino which is nice as well with restaurants and snack stands nearby (8-10 walk from hotel). The Ferry to Isla Mujeres was about 10-15 min away driving. We recommend this stay, very family friend, nice and tranquil.

Beautiful condo, great jumping off point for excursions in and around Cancun. Off the beaten path a bit, and close to the San Juarez ferry terminal for trips to Isla Mujeres.

Once we arrived the smell of the place was like some strong mold and room does have noticeable mold. Moskitos are insane in that place Dont leave outdoor door open ever. A few things did not work right. Wifi is horrible only works in main room and a few feet out. The fact that your have to pay to go to water park is crazy as its on the pictures. I feel like it should say on the pictures extra fee for this. Since thats the only reason we wanted to stay there. The beach was not swimmable while we where there it was full of sargassum i asked the owner to send me a picture of the beach before we arrived And she dint. It was kinda lame how u cant use the beach. The food there is terrible. Couch there smelled and looked horrible. Owner is super sweet but she needs to invest in the property before she rents it out.

Laura’s place was very comfortable for our family of 4. It was extremely clean and the beds were comfy, if you like a firm mattress. The area is very kid friendly with mainly families. The location was pretty far from hotel zone, but that wasn’t a problem for us as we liked to explore other areas of Cancun. The beach has a lot of seaweed, but that wasn’t a problem for our young kids since they don’t swim anyway. The pool and water park were a lot of fun. We had a great time!

Wow! Right on the beach! Lovely sunrises on the balcony with local birds doing aerobatics. The place itself is spacious and extra comfortable.

Laura’s place was great for a family of four with two kids. The view is great and the pace was very clean and had a washing machine. Resort facilities added a nice element to our stay and there are some good seafood restaurants nearby. Great for a laidback relaxing vacation. Also Laura and her assistant were very responsive and proactive! Thanks!

My review comes with having little kids (1 and 6). This is a good/safe place to go with kids- very low key and pool/beach super close-everyone kind. Uber eats is the best easy way to get groceries and carryout food. Laura and Louisa are so kind and responsive. VIEW- to die for. All inclusive was great breakfast and mediocre for lunch/dinner. Waterpark fun!! Lots of stairs going up and down with no elevator so bring a bag to cart items. There are cabinets in the kitchen filled with tea cups and glass so cabinet locks are necessary with toddlers. There are stairs to the loft that we didn’t have a gate for so that was again tough with an exploring toddler. Even with a gate there are 4 stairs that cannot be blocked off. The loft has a glass border that has a small gap at that bottom which is cool but not with toddlers that have little feet and hands. The pack and play is the bare minimum as far as comfort so need blankets for comfort! Only a shower- no tub for littles. Overall good fun!

The condo was just as describe. Great view and very clean. I didn’t even have to contact the host at all. The rest of my review will be about location. I wish we would have reached the area better. If u want to go to the hotel district and take cab it’s 40 America dollars one way. Same to the beautiful beaches. Do not use the hotels excursion center. It’s not with the hotel and we had to wait in lobby for 3 hrs to get back 274.00 They only have one machine that can refund your money and have booths all over Cancun. The beach in front of hotel has sawgrass. They try to clean it up but there are seagrass beds all throughout the beach area. Again, The host and condo was great. Location was not for us. My fault I did not research enough. I feel bad about the negativity due to the condo was so nice. I hope this helps

The condo is beautiful and my guess it was built so close to the water that they will not let anyone build that way anymore. When you sit in the living room you can only see the water and it gives you the feeling you’re on a ship!
