Stay was really nice. Rooftop pool is incredible. You’ll love it.

I’ve got to say this is the place to be to feel safe and close to 5th avenue. The airbnd itself felt like a resort with its own patio and lighting. Beautiful pool and planets of room for kids. Private security and not everyone can get inside. Will definitely be renting from them again thank you. Also close to many restaurants including alux which I highly recommend to everyone and coco bongo

Beautiful place, excellent for families, and very safe. We were able to communicate easily with the owners, who were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay. There was everything we needed and more at the house. The pool was beautiful and felt private. The house had a lot of space for everyone to move around and the back patio was so peaceful at night. We couldn’t have had a better experience here. The hosts were extremely attentive and responsive. We would 100% stay again.

We had a family reunion with six adults in this beautiful condo. It was perfect in every way, the pool was fantastic, and the bed is very comfortable. It was super close to fifth Avenue shopping and food. Would rebook this condo in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay at this condo in Playacar. The location was excellent, private, close to the beach, restaurants, and walking distance to town (5 minute walk), but still quiet and relaxing at night. The condo was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The building felt safe and the amenities were great, especially the pool and common areas. Communication with the host was easy and check-in was smooth. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay in Playa del Carmen (Playacar) and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient spot in the city.

We just got back from an incredible week in Playa del Carmen, and this Airbnb was the highlight of our trip! From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and welcoming. The space was spotlessly clean, modern, and beautifully decorated with a perfect tropical vibe—super comfortable beds, great AC, and everything we needed in the kitchen for quick breakfasts and snacks. The location couldn’t have been better: just a short walk to the stunning beach, with all the amazing restaurants, shops, and nightlife, yet far enough to feel peaceful and quiet at night. Our host was outstanding—responsive, friendly, and full of helpful local tips (best tacos, where to rent bikes, hidden beach spots). Check-in was effortless, and little thoughtful touches like fresh towels, bottled water, and beach recommendations made us feel right at home. Playa del Carmen has so much energy and beauty, and this place was the ideal base to explore it all.

We had a great time in Playa del Carmen. Short walk to the city center with restaurants. Walking distance to the ferry that takes you to Cozumel. Short walk to the beach (Use the short cut through the gate) The condo is in Playacar only authorized people and vehicles can enter so we always felt very safe. The rooftop pool is also great. We will come back!

Dan and Marian were fantastic hosts - they got back to us quickly on any asks, questions, etc…the upstairs pool was our favorite part - the view was amazing. Proximity to town, security, and zen vibe of the complex made this a wonderful stay we would def repeat.

We loved the location of the apartment, as well as the apartment itself. The place is clean, safe and private. It is very close to the entrance to Playacar, it has access to the beach through a gate which can be accessed by indicating that you are coming from Mara. 2 rooms with 2 king beds and a room with 2 single beds. Cleaning service every 2 days is a very nice plus for long stays, they change towels and sheets in addition to cleaning and tidying everything. We really liked the place, the pool is "hot" on the rooftop and very clean. I recommend the place.
