Modern, Comfy & Secure Townhouse in Pacific Marlin

We had a wonderful stay, perfect for my family. The place was very clean, roomy and peaceful. The location is perfect, very close to town, several local beaches and restaurants. We loved it! I highly recommend it!

Nuestra estadía en la Casa #12 de Malibú, San Juan del Sur, fue excelente. La casa es amplia, muy limpia, cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar en familia. Fabrizio fue un anfitrión muy amable, atento y flexible, especialmente con nuestra mascota, algo que valoramos muchísimo. Ella también pudo explorar y disfrutar de sus vacaciones junto a mis hijas, sobrinas y toda la familia. Sin duda fue una experiencia muy agradable y un lugar al que nos encantaría regresar. ¡Totalmente recomendado y esperamos volver muy pronto!

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The host was incredibly responsive, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire process, making everything seamless and stress-free. The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and how quickly any questions were answered. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience.

We had a beautiful stay at this villa in San Juan del Sur. The space is stunning, very spacious, with comfortable king-size beds and gorgeous views. The private pool was a highlight, and the views from the master bedroom, especially the shower, felt truly luxurious. The location is great if you enjoy being active. We got in great shape hiking up and down the hill to the beach, and it’s about a 20-minute hike to the Cristo statue. The sunsets in the area are breathtaking. A huge plus is the generator, which keeps everything running during power outages, something I really appreciated and haven’t experienced in other Airbnbs. A few things to note: the villa faces east, so the morning sunlight comes in very early, and the blackout shades didn’t fully block it. We also had an ongoing issue with ants in the kitchen. There was also a brief miscommunication with the host during the stay, though he later apologized and resolved it professionally. Overall, this is a special and memorable pl
