This beautiful four-bedroom home with ocean views is located in Uvita, just a five-minute drive from town and a short distance from the coastal highway. Inside, the home features exquisite details throughout. With four and a half bathrooms, each bedroom includes its own private en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the rainforest canopy.
The master suite serves as a private retreat, featuring a spacious bathroom with an ocean-view bathtub and a steam shower—ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure.
The interior is designed to promote relaxation and calm. An indoor zen garden brings nature indoors, while custom furniture and doors made from local hardwoods add warmth and authenticity.
The open-concept main floor includes a state-of-the-art kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a welcoming living room, all furnished to the highest standards.
Guest Access
Access to the property is possible with a 4x2 vehicle (small cars and SUVs). A 4x4 is not necessary. Vans are not recommended due to a steep hill, which may be challenging to navigate when fully loaded with passengers and luggage.
Additional Details
The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level of the house and has separate access from the parking area or the poolside (please refer to the photo gallery). This room is ideal for adults seeking extra privacy or a small family, as it includes a pull-out single bed suitable for a child or an additional adult.

Tropical Environment
Villa Unique is situated in a tropical paradise. Costa Rica’s climate supports a diverse range of insects, lizards, rodents, and reptiles. While a strict pest control program is in place to keep these creatures outside, occasional encounters with local wildlife are part of the natural experience and do not violate rental policies. Guests are encouraged to appreciate the vibrant ecosystem.
Pool Maintenance
The maintenance team will need access to the house on scheduled pool service days.
Power and Water
Being located in the jungle, occasional power outages may occur due to fallen branches or weather conditions. The local water supply comes from nearby springs and may experience intermittent interruptions. Guests are asked to keep these factors in mind as part of the rural and natural setting.

ABSOLUTELY stunning house, we had our whole family stay and it was a perfect location to everything in Uvita along with a gorgeous view of the ocean and jungle. Howler monkeys and toucans visited every day and sitting in the pool watching the sunset will forever be a core memory. Roberto had a whole team ready to make it the best stay possible, we had a private chef that made us the best food in Costa Rica!! I really can't tell you how amazing this place was, you'll have to experience it yourself!

We are a family of 11 and Roberto and Dianna's place was fantastic. It is very modern and clean with an incredible view with spacious rooms an and a giant window in the living room which opens bringing the inside out. One thing to note is that the driveway is very steep and I rented a van which was a challenge but Roberto found a solution to park it nearby. We were all blown away by how responsive our hosts were. Also Uvita is a fantastic place to visit and we fished, snorkled and Scuba dived and the waterfall. I highly recommend this villa.

Unbelievable vacation. This house and Roberto and Diane were the best. Great experience. Still in awe of the house. If there were more stars, they would get them. Will be referring my friends. My motto….when going on a vacation, stay in a nicer place then your own home. Right on the money!! Thank you for Roberto and Diane!!!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Unique for a week to celebrate my 40th birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. Waking up each morning to breathtaking views of both the ocean and the jungle felt like a dream. Every bedroom offers a stunning view, and with a group of five, everyone was thrilled with their room choice. The incredible sound system made for long, relaxing afternoons by the pool with our favorite music playing in the background. We were also treated to amazing wildlife encounters throughout our stay—we saw monkeys, toucans, iguanas, and so much more. Villa Unique was the perfect setting for such a milestone celebration, and I truly hope to return for many more special occasions. A heartfelt thank you to Diana and Roberto for being such gracious and welcoming hosts. We couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience!

The home itself is stunning, beautifully designed, and perfectly situated to take advantage of the breathtaking surroundings. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality provided by Roberto and his team at Unique Properties. They were incredibly accommodating from start to finish, ensuring that every aspect of our trip was seamless and enjoyable. From booking our excursions to offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, their guidance made our visit even more memorable. One of my favorite moments each day was simply relaxing in the infinity pool, taking in the spectacular ocean views—it’s an experience that’s hard to put into words. The natural beauty surrounding the property is equally impressive. I just wish I had stayed longer! Seven days just wasn’t enough time.
