Villa Unique combines convenience with tranquility in a stunning four-bedroom home overlooking the ocean. Located in Uvita, the villa is approximately a five-minute drive from town and a short distance from the coastal highway. The property is accessible via a paved road, and a four-wheel-drive vehicle is not required.

Guest Access
The property can be reached with a four-wheel-drive or two-wheel-drive vehicle, including small cars and sport utility vehicles. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is not required.
Vans are not recommended because the property is located at the top of a very steep hill. Fully loaded vans carrying several passengers and luggage may have difficulty reaching the house.
Additional Bedroom Information
The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level of the house and has separate access from either the parking area or the pool. Please refer to the gallery photos for its location.
This room is well suited to adults seeking additional privacy or a small family. It includes a pull-out single bed suitable for a child or an additional adult.
Tropical Environment
Costa Rica’s tropical climate supports a wide variety of insects, lizards, rodents, and reptiles. Although a strict pest-control plan is in place to help keep these animals outside the home, occasional encounters with local wildlife are a natural part of staying in this environment and do not constitute a breach of the rental policy.

Because the villa is located in the jungle, power outages may occasionally occur due to falling branches or other weather-related issues.
The local water supply comes from nearby springs and may also experience occasional interruptions. Guests are kindly asked to keep these possibilities in mind as part of the rural and natural experience of staying in this area.

We stayed at this beautiful getaway during green season (September) which I believe made the experience 10x better, from the tropical animals you get to see outside, to the lightning you can see through the huge windows in every room. Our host Diana was very attentive during our stay, any issue or question we had she came fairly quick to resolve it. I will definitely be booking here when I come back to Costa Rica!

Great experience in Uvita with Diana’s team. Everyone was very kind, helpful and supportive. We were able to have a chef meet before our arrival and showed up to dinner ready the first night. Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Uvita, Costa Rica! The Airbnb was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt welcomed and enjoyed every moment of our time here. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Uvita! 🇨🇷🌴☀️

We are so sad to leave this lovely place and are already planning a trip back! We stayed in several Air BnBs during our Costa Rica vacation and we saved the best for last with this home. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds, the best view and a lovely home. Roberto and Diana were fabulous hosts and so very helpful. Thank you for going out of your way to make our stay the best it could be. Highly recommend using their concierge service to book tours and activities. We can’t wait to come back!

5 of us went for a friend's 50th birthday party and we had a blast! The grounds are absolutely stunning. The view of the Whale's Tail and being able to see the ocean from so many different viewpoints was amazing. The pool was refreshing and a beautiful place to hang out together. At night the fire pit felt so good and added another layer of beauty. There were a couple of issues that were handled quickly and the communications with Diana and Roberto were prompt and helpful. We all want to go back already!!

The villa is great, with amazing finishings (clearly personalised) and incredible surroundings. The only observations are that to go to the fourth room you need to walk outside and to get to the villa you have a steep road. The pictures are representative of what you will get, a great villa. Clearly recommended.

ABSOLUTELY stunning house, we had our whole family stay and it was a perfect location to everything in Uvita along with a gorgeous view of the ocean and jungle. Howler monkeys and toucans visited every day and sitting in the pool watching the sunset will forever be a core memory. Roberto had a whole team ready to make it the best stay possible, we had a private chef that made us the best food in Costa Rica!! I really can't tell you how amazing this place was, you'll have to experience it yourself!

We are a family of 11 and Roberto and Dianna's place was fantastic. It is very modern and clean with an incredible view with spacious rooms an and a giant window in the living room which opens bringing the inside out. One thing to note is that the driveway is very steep and I rented a van which was a challenge but Roberto found a solution to park it nearby. We were all blown away by how responsive our hosts were. Also Uvita is a fantastic place to visit and we fished, snorkled and Scuba dived and the waterfall. I highly recommend this villa.
