Obed es un gran anfitrión, las señoras que viven en el sitio son personas serviciales y amables. Definitivamente, el lugar es ideal para alejarse del ruido del centro de la ciudad y en 5 minutos estarás en el parque central si conduces .

What a fantastic experience. it is like living on a Nicaraguan jungle farm but MINUTES from the city (many neighbors have horses so theyre just hanging out around the area and everything.) i was very comfortable with all the amenities included - AC was great, washing machine (a super uncommon benefit), netflix on a nice flat screen and strangely enough - amazingly fast internet (for a 'countryside home' i was blown away) so i could work online with NO issues. Communication with obed was also top of the line! thanks so much!

My stay at Obed was overall perfect! His place provides everything you need! You can even do your laundry for free which is more than amazing! Obed was super nice and made sure I had everything I need - and I got even little add ons like free detergent:) Thank you again for making my stay this great!

Lugar tranquilo donde relajarte, silencioso, cerca de Granada pero sin la locura de la ciudad. Es perfecto para estar cerca de los servicios que ofrece pero sin su barullo. El apartamento es como se ve en las fotos y tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días. Es una zona residencial que no tiene servicios cerca, pero tanto Obey como las mujeres que viven debajo son muy amables y te ayudan con lo que necesites, como por ejemplo, pedir garrafas de agua. Bajo nuestra experiencia es recomendable tener coche, sino tendrás que usar taxi para ir y volver, una locura. Hay que tener en cuenta que los taxis no tienen taxímetro y hay que acordar el precio antes, por lo que nunca sabes cuanto vas a pagar. (Cuando estuvimos nosotros, un taxi para 2 del centro al alojamiento iba, generalmente, de los 80 a las 100 córdobas, aunque siempre puede pasar que sea mas caro por la hora o las mochilas/bolsas de la compra).
