From the beginning, the communication with Pavel and his caretaker Freddy was on the spot, the place is beautiful, private and has everything you need, Pavel has a great sense of empathy for his tenants, recommended 100%.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and private, with a spectacular view. The owner, Pavel, was very responsive and had excellent communication throughout our stay. Our stay at Pavel’s beach house was excellent. The location right by the ocean made the whole experience very relaxing, and the views were amazing, especially during sunset. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Pavel was an amazing host,very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. A special thanks as well to Fredy, the caretaker, who handled our check-in and check-out smoothly and was available 24/7 whenever we had questions or needed help. You can really tell they both care about making guests feel comfortable and welcome. We made some great memories there and would definitely love to come back someday.
