The Space

All four main bedrooms feature air conditioning and are outfitted with luxurious white cotton bedding and towels. The maid’s room does not have air conditioning. The living room is equipped with two ceiling fans for added comfort but does not include air conditioning.

Guests have access to nearby sports courts, including:

- Tennis
- Volleyball
- Basketball
(Note: An additional fee applies for use of the sports courts.)
There are also children’s playgrounds nearby, perfect for active families and sports enthusiasts.
The Waterways building offers a private pool for residents. Additionally, guests can use the slide area of the large Playa Blanca pool free of charge for up to six people. A fee applies for groups larger than six.
The beautiful beach is just a short walk from the building.

We spent 9 lovely nights with the family. The views of the lagoon and the Pacific Ocean are absolutely stunning! The building is safe and the people are very nice. The small pool with beach access is great with the kids and perfect for relaxing. Our children also loved the large lagoon and the slides. The beach is a short drive away. The accommodation is very well equipped, all bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the hosts are extremely responsive. On weekdays, the place is very quiet, but the atmosphere changes a lot on weekends: more people, loud music and groups around the pool, with noise sometimes lasting until the evening. A few things could use a little attention: some appliances are worn or rusty, a few small things weren't working, and the shower glass could use a deep clean. Some kitchen essentials, such as oil and vinegar, would also be appreciated. Thanks!

A heavenly place. We wanted a place that would allow us to both reach our hiking goals (Vallée de Antón) and have relaxing moments at the beach and by the pools. This apartment gave us that opportunity. It is located on the 14th floor and has stunning views of the ocean and the lagoon. It was clean and well maintained, and the building staff are very friendly. We didn't meet the hosts, but they were very accessible in writing.

The place is wonderful, the apartment is very well maintained, just as described, and the surroundings are incredible, very close to the beach. I recommend bringing supplies to prepare, as the nearest supermarket is 19 minutes away by car.

Our stay was excellent. The place exceeded our expectations: everything was very clean, tidy and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is perfect and the environment is very quiet. The host was always attentive, friendly and willing to help at all times. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it.

It's identical to the photos. Exactly the same. Just the rules for the giant pool, with strict hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
