The Space

This upscale property is situated in Mesa de Yeguas, one of the country’s premier private clubs. The recently built home combines modern design with high-quality construction, comfort, and careful attention to detail.

Each of the six bedrooms has its own bathroom, allowing the house to accommodate up to 16 guests. The well-appointed kitchen is complemented by a fresh-food preparation area with barbecue and teppanyaki facilities.

The inviting social area overlooks the pool and mountains and includes a ping-pong table for friendly matches with family or friends. Outside, the terrace features a spectacular pool with a separate beach area, a jacuzzi, and a pergola at each end.

House Rules and Noise Policy

Parties and noisy events are not permitted. The house is located within a family-oriented condominium, so guests planning to host a party should rent another property.

• Music and noise are not permitted after 11:00 p.m.
• Maximum music volume is 65 decibels during the day.
• From 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., the maximum volume is 55 decibels.
• Decibel levels are measured at the house entrance or driveway.
• The condominium has dedicated staff to enforce these rules.
• Violations may result in fines calculated according to applicable minimum wages and deducted from the security deposit.

Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs are treated as an additional night and charged accordingly.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house. The Mesa de Yeguas Club may restrict guest access to many of its services, and these restrictions can change periodically. For current information, please visit the front desk inside the condominium.

Maid and Chef Services

Employee services are not included in the reservation.

• One maid is provided for groups of fewer than eight guests.
• Two maids are provided for groups of more than eight guests.
• Maid service costs $90,000 Colombian pesos per maid, per day.
• Maids keep the house clean and prepare meals.
• Chef service is optional, subject to availability, and available for an additional fee.
• Chef labor costs $250,000 Colombian pesos per day.
• Full meal service costs $180,000 Colombian pesos per person, per day, subject to availability.
• Market-purchasing service costs $180,000 Colombian pesos, excluding groceries, and is subject to availability.

The Airbnb cleaning fee and the employee service fee are separate charges. The Airbnb cleaning fee covers preparing the house before arrival and cleaning after departure. The maid service fee covers cleaning and assistance during the stay and must be paid directly to the maids before departure.

Guests are expected to purchase their own groceries. In Colombia, it is customary for employees to eat the food they prepare, so please remember to purchase enough food for them as well.

Pet Policy

Pets are permitted for a fee of $220,000 Colombian pesos per pet. Each pet must be registered in the Airbnb reservation.
