The Space

This beautiful, centrally located two-story house is designed for rest and relaxation with family and friends. The entire property has drinking water, so you can safely consume water from any faucet.

The house features three spacious, fully equipped bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: One king-size bed, two twin beds, a full bathroom, and a closet
• Bedroom 2: One king-size bed, a full bathroom, and a closet
• Bedroom 3: One king-size bed, a full bathroom, and a closet

Each bedroom and the living room has its own full bathroom. Every bedroom also includes air conditioning.

The house comfortably accommodates up to eight people. Please provide the exact number of guests who will be staying, as the quote is based on this information. If you need to add additional guests, regardless of the sleeping arrangements, you are responsible for making the necessary arrangements and reporting the number of extra guests so the corresponding charge can be applied.

Pool and Jacuzzi

The private pool and jacuzzi are the perfect places to enjoy the house. The pool heater is available for an additional cost of 900 pesos per day. Please let your host know how many days you would like to use it so it can be prepared for your stay.

Pet Policy

Casa Vega is pet-friendly, and we are happy to welcome your pets.

• Pets may not use the armchairs or beds.
• Guests are responsible for any damage, additional cleaning, or laundry costs caused by their pets.
• Dogs must remain on a leash in the common areas.

Cleaning and Electricity

The house is cleaned and disinfected by MANTENCLEAN before your arrival. This service is included in your booking.

If you require additional cleaning support during your stay, we will be happy to contact the cleaning company to arrange the service.

The property also has a power plant, ensuring electricity throughout your stay without interruptions.

Guest Access

The property is located within a private condominium with only four houses, offering independence and privacy.

The main garden and parking area are shared common spaces, maintained in a pleasant and discreet atmosphere.

A 24-hour doorman facilitates vehicle access and helps reinforce the security of the condominium.

Additional Information

• Parties are strictly forbidden. Please enjoy a peaceful stay and respect the property and surrounding community.
• The house has a fireplace for family gatherings. We recommend bringing firewood and, preferably, some ocote to help start the fire.
• Local community members sell firewood nearby, making it easy to purchase during your stay. Supporting local businesses is greatly appreciated.
• One parking space is included. If you need an additional space, please request it from your host. An additional fee applies.
• The property has a barbecue and outdoor dining area, ideal for grilling. You may use charcoal or gas, depending on your preference. If using charcoal, please purchase it before your arrival.
