4BR Villa in San Ignacio

I have to say, this was one one of our favorite Airbnb's! We had eight adults in our party, and all were happy with their accommodations. The rooms were clean, and everything worked as it should. When we were at the house, we spent the bulk of our time around the pool talking and laughing. The space was extremely welcoming and comfortable. The neighbor even stopped by to welcome us and brought over some fresh fruit. Thank you for all the special touches, Ricky and team!

This is a great spot for a larger group that is close to town yet very private and secluded. The space is comfortable and fun to hang out in both inside and outside. The outdoor dining area, patios, pool, bar area, and fire pit are fantastic, even during the rainy season. Walking down the somewhat steep but reasonable hill to town was great for restaurants, bars, the market, and a real small-town feel. A responsive host and clear instructions make this place a great launching pad for experiencing western Belize and day trips to Guatemala.

We spent 3 nights / 4 days here with our kids and it was fantastic. The villa was spotless and everything was in great working condition — no maintenance issues you sometimes find in vacation rentals. San Ignacio’s market, restaurants, and shops are easily accessible, and the Mayan ruins are a quick drive away, which made planning our days simple. The place felt safe and comfortable, genuinely like a home base rather than a hotel room. Our kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend for families looking for a clean, well-located, and welcoming stay.

The property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It had two fully equipped kitchens, which was very convenient for our group. The pool area was clean and had everything needed to relax and enjoy our time. The house was well maintained, stocked with plenty of board games, and offered great spaces for everyone to gather. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

The house was just as pictured and our group had a wonderful time! Ricky responded to us quickly when we were having trouble with the address/directions before we arrived and when we had a pool issue while on property.

This house was just as beautiful as the photos. It was relaxing and inviting. Ricky was a great host. Anytime we needed something he responded very quickly.

The house itself is spectacular! Absolutely beautiful! Ricky responded to every question we had, with detail. The area is walkable and there’s lots to do.
