House Rules

• Respect neighbors and maintain quiet hours from 11 PM to 9 AM
• No smoking inside the property; littering from the balcony is prohibited
• Parties and disturbances are not allowed
• No additional guests beyond those booked
• Turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving the property
• Park only in the assigned parking spot (#2306); do not block neighbors’ spots
• Speed limit within the community is 15 km/h
• Pets are not permitted
• Glass containers are prohibited in the pool and common areas
• Loud music is not allowed in common areas
• Dispose of garbage in designated chutes; littering or leaving trash in common areas is forbidden
• Children under 10 must be supervised by an adult in the pool and clubhouse areas
• Use of drones is strictly forbidden
• Violations of rules may result in fines up to $500 USD
