Beautiful condo. Would be great for groups or families. Beautiful furnishings, a few items were a bit dated and worn. Enjoyed my stay tremendously. The view and spaciousness were breathtaking.

great accommodation, nice and clean. Host was very responsive and communicative. we had the best view from our condo. lots of places nearby in walkable distance like restaurants and bars etc. would highly recommend selecting this accommodation if you want a massive nice accommodation with amenities nearby and a great host.

This place is incredible! Views, location, amenities--they have it all! Paula helped arrange many of our activities and was so helpful, with great communication 24/7! I hope this place is available again for our next visit. This review applies to 801N.

Absolutely beautiful view and great location. Really liked how large the condo was. The grounds and pool were nice. The downside was the plumbing. The upstairs shower was nearly unusable with fluctuating water pressure and temperature. I brought it to the attention of our host which ended up in us losing water use for 8 hours. When the water turned back on, it had not corrected the problem. The condo was a little dated and tv options very limited (yes, I know we don’t go to CR to watch TV). Just given the cost of the rental it made for a slight disappointment.

This rental is not suitable for families. The check-in message included instructions for bringing ‘girls’ into the rental between 10pm-6am, and we would have chosen another rental had we known. I suggest putting this directly on the listing if you want that type of renter. We had issues with water (only hot, then only cold, then turned off entirely overnight), and the shower heads are all broken from the hard water. We requested blankets for a child 3 separate times and only sheets were provided. Nice view, though.

Fantastic place with absolutely beautiful views of Jaco beach. Very close to everything Jaco has to offer. I will definitely be coming back here again Loved it
