Incredible stay!!! Marks listing was everything we wanted and more!! You truly can't beat the location. I love the ground floor access of this condo unit. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the pots and pans needed to cook meals in. Will absolutely stay here again.

This property is in an excellent location within the Iguana complex. The apartment on the first floor gave us easy access to the pool for a family like ours with 3 children. The apartment is spacious and very clean.

This property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and very fairly priced. Mark is a great host and was extremely responsive to all questions leading up to our stay. The location is perfect and we enjoyed being on the first floor of the building with easy access to the pool(s), beach, and restaurant. If we come back to Nicaragua, we will definitely look to book this condo again! Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit this area.

VRD1 apartment for me is best location in the building, very private and very nice landscape. Inside very comfortable, good internet and netflix, YouTube etc..
