Please note that there is approximately a 100-meter stretch of flat road at the entrance to the community that is currently in poor condition. Four-wheel drive is not necessary, but this short section can be somewhat rough.

The house was in a very good location near the beach and the marina and the pool was great. It’s a bit smaller than expected and washroom doors couldn’t be locked from the inside due to handle malfunction. But overall, we enjoyed a comfortable 5 days. Thank you Sebastian.

The place is just as seen in the photos, very, very nice. Some details: the air conditioning in the kitchen is a bit small for such a large room, and some lights in the pool area don't work, but everything else is excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sebastian’s place! The home is beautiful, and the views are exactly as pictured. Sebastian was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, especially with helping us navigate the area and finding some of the beautiful black-sand beaches nearby. The location is also convenient to everything you may need on that side of Costa Rica. I definitely recommend having a rental car, especially if you plan to explore beaches and excursions, as some activities are a little farther away. There are also golf carts available to rent for getting around locally. Having a car gave us the freedom to explore, and everything was well worth the drive. We enjoyed the pool so much that we left some pool toys behind for future guests to enjoy. 😊 Beautiful home, amazing views, helpful host, and a wonderful Costa Rica experience. I would absolutely recommend booking Sebastian’s place!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was excellent being close to the marina and beaches and the gated home felt very safe and secure. Communication with the host was good, and he responded quickly when we had concerns. We had a slight ant problem in the house. Sebastian asked us to purchase ant spray (to be reimbursed), which we appreciated, but it wasn't ideal to have to deal with during our vacation. There was some hair on the sheets and comforter in the master bedroom. Sebastian said it wasn't normal and immediately offered to send someone over to address it, but we chose to wash the bedding ourselves instead. Stuff happens but problems solved! One thing that surprised us was the lack of closets/storage and no place to hang clothes. Sebastian explained that this is very common in Costa Rican homes. We survived! Overall, the home is in a great location and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful, clean and very peaceful. I liked waking up watching the sea from the terrace. Our family really enjoyed being there 💙 Sebastián was very friendly with the communication we had. I recommend staying at this house.

The house was gorgeous. The host was friendly. The location is excellent, with the beach super close by, which made everything even more comfortable and special for family walks. The house has all the amenities for cooking, sharing, and enjoying. It has very nice spaces where you really feel at peace and can relax. Also, the pool is amazing and makes the experience even better. We would definitely come again.
