The place is identical to the photos, very clean and well maintained. The staff is always attentive and helps you fill the pool when you ask them. The water is at the perfect temperature, and the hot water comes out quickly in the bathrooms. Overall excellent. Thank you, Pablo

The place is very nice for spending time as a family, which was our case. It's clean and has everything you need to spend a few super pleasant days. The pool was the best 👏. We loved it, of course we’ll be back A Returning to the office.

We traveled with friends, 9 of us in total, four adults and 5 kids. This is really beautiful place to just relax and unwind. The warm thermal spring water pool was a highlight. Note: if you arrive and the pool is empty, don’t stress as the staff fill it up very quickly and do so whenever you need it done. Proximity to San Miguel de Allende is great and there are a number of fantastic restaurants, shops, markets, art galleries in the town that are all well worth a visit. Or, just sit in the gardens and enjoy the lush green surrounds. Juan Carlos was very friendly and helpful and supplied firewood for us to grill and light a bonfire with which was great. The accommodations are split with three rooms in one building and two rooms in a separate building about 70 meters away which is something to bear in mind when booking the property. Overall it is a beautiful place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing, the only detail is that there is no firewood for the fireplaces and we had to go buy it since it's even colder in the cabins than outside. The directions for check-in were accurate. I think that communication is not optimal, since the inconvenience we had was that my husband only sat on a cot and it broke, this happened in front of the manager who is always looking after the house, he told us that there was no problem that it was not necessary to report it because it was already very worn out (that was the mistake). When I left the accommodation, the host wrote to me and told me that the bunk beds were almost new and that he would have to buy others (the pair, since only one broke), that he left it to my discretion how much I transferred him, I transferred him what I considered fair (all by app) but he told me it was more money, he even wrote in the group of people who went (since I booked).
