We had an amazing stay here in San Juan del Sur. Everything was great from the moment we arrived, but the highlight was definitely the view and the sunsets. Absolutely beautiful every evening. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a really relaxing vibe. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan del Sur!

The house was beautiful with a great view & one of the best sunsets we’ve experienced. Fantastic layout of the house & plenty of space throughout all of the rooms. The check in process was easy & very accomodating with an early check in.

Our stay was excellent, the house is super spacious and you find everything you need. It has spectacular views! Clean and tidy house, Ricardo and his wife were very helpful during our stay.

The structure and view are beautiful but increased transparency would have prevented disappointment among our group. Some things to note: 1) tub can’t be used: there’s significant green moss/mold in the corners. 2) Home is in need of TLC overall. 3) There are wasps everywhere: pool area, terraces, kitchen, in bedrooms. The on-site staff removed them the 4+ times we asked for assistance, but wasps would return. I wish we would’ve known as the stress of this ruined the vacation for one person in our group who is allergic to wasp stings. 4) If you are squeamish about animals in the house, this is not the place for you. Aside from wasps, there were numerous geckos pooping in kitchen and on table, two frogs we had to remove from inside and plenty of unidentified insects. No mosquitos though! The best thing here is the on-site staff: Ricardo and Veronica did their jobs well and were welcoming, friendly, kind and very helpful throughout our stay. Without them, review would’ve been 3 stars.

the view is amazing it was very accommodating and set up perfectly for the number of guests we had. Ricardo , who is in the area to help you personally was super friendly helpful and always smiling . I would recommend to anyone to rent this villa. The airbnb host responds pretty quickly and is super proactive also. Thanks a lot ! we will be back for sure
