Experience a wonderful stay just a 5-minute drive from the beautiful Esterillos Beach. This brand-new home is situated on private, secure land within a peaceful community, offering direct contact with nature.
The Space
The property spans 1,000 square meters and features a house with four bedrooms, each furnished with king-size beds and air conditioning.
- The master bedroom includes a private full bathroom.
- Two bedrooms on the lower sublevel share a full bathroom and have direct access to the pool.
- The bedroom on the upper sublevel has its own full bathroom and a terrace with stunning views of the sea and sunsets.
The kitchen and dining area provide a bright, spacious environment. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a ceramic hob, and an island/table that seats eight—ideal for preparing and enjoying meals with family and friends.
The living room is also roomy and filled with natural light, featuring a comfortable armchair and a smart TV.
On the upper level, there is a cozy reading area with two armchairs overlooking the outdoors. Adjacent to this is a deck, referred to as the "solarium," with a table for six that offers beautiful sunset views. This space connects directly to the outside and pool area.

The place is like it looks in the pictures. Excellent location minutes from up to 4 different beaches. Private parking for up to 4 cars. The pool and barbecue area are excellent. The place is very well equipped with everything you need for long stays.

Everything is excellent. The cleaning in common areas needs to be improved, and some maintenance is needed for certain appliances, for example, the refrigerator at the rancho. But these are things that don't overshadow the stay. The house is very nice and the place is quiet.

The house is very beautiful, the spaces are very spacious and quite close to the beach. The point to improve is definitely the bed and mattress on the second floor, we found it uncomfortable. But beyond that, the host was very attentive to meeting the needs we had.

We had a really beautiful stay. The place is beautiful, just as seen in the photos: clean, well kept, tastefully decorated and full of details that make it feel cozy. The area is also quiet and perfect for relaxing, so it was just what we needed. Communication was smooth at all times, and that made check-in and the stay very easy. As points to consider for improvement: the bed on the second floor seemed uncomfortable, which affected our rest a little, and there was also a problem with the bathroom drain on that same floor. These are details that didn't ruin the experience at all, but could make it even better if they were adjusted. Despite that, we leave with very nice memories. Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back.

A beautiful house, in our case it rained and there were board games, puzzles and smart TVs to have fun. Always attentive to give us directions and solve problems in the area. Very happy with our stay. The pool is beautiful🥳.
