Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire apartment.

Building common areas are also available during permitted hours, until 10:00 PM.

For the initial entry, guests receive a time-limited access code for the apartment. Once inside, a key fob is provided for easier access and power activation.

Important Information

Pool Closure

The building’s swimming pool is temporarily out of service until September 20, 2026, and is scheduled to reopen on September 21, 2026. The two rooftop jacuzzis remain operational. No refunds will be issued due to the pool closure.

Additional Details

• Guests receive a time-limited code for their first entry to the apartment.
• A key fob is provided inside for easier access and power activation.
• A complimentary starter kit is provided upon arrival, including toilet paper, one trash bag, soap, and shampoo. These items are not restocked.
• Salt, oil, and pepper are available upon request before 5:00 PM.
• Cleaning services and linen or towel changes are available for an additional fee. Please request these services at least 24 hours in advance.
• Daily cleaning is not included in the rate.
• Please take care of the linens and towels. Do not use them for floor cleaning or makeup removal, as additional charges may apply.
• A travel crib is available for USD 15 per stay, subject to availability and advance request. Confirmation is required.
• For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity consumption is charged separately.
• For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory linen and towel change applies at an additional cost.
• Building common areas are available during permitted hours, until 10:00 PM.
