Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the common areas during permitted hours, until 10:00 p.m.

Additional Information

The first time you enter the apartment, you will receive a time-limited access code. Once inside, you will find a key fob for convenient entry and power activation.

A complimentary starter kit is provided, including:

• Toilet paper
• A trash bag for the container
• Soap
• Shampoo
• Coffee
• Sugar
• Sweetener
• Bottled water

These items are not restocked. Guests are welcome to purchase additional supplies locally as needed.

Salt, oil, and pepper are available upon request. Requests must be submitted before 5:00 p.m.

Sheets and towels can be changed for an additional fee. Full cleaning service is also available at an extra charge, as daily cleaning is not included in the rental price. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to schedule cleaning services.

If you require the sofa bed, please notify us by 4:00 p.m. on the day of check-in so the necessary linens can be prepared. Requests made after this time may not be fulfilled on the same day.

To avoid additional charges, please take care of the linens and towels. Do not use them to clean the floor or remove makeup.

Travel Crib

Travel cribs are available for $15 per stay and include a mattress, sheets, and a blanket.

Extended Stays

• For bookings of 28 days or longer, electricity usage is billed separately.
• For bookings of 7 days or longer, a mandatory linen change is required at an additional cost. This helps maintain the quality and cleanliness of the linens provided to all guests.
