Casa Kavita by Ronival makes an immediate impression with its striking design. Two bedrooms are located near the entrance, and each has a private bathroom.

• The first bedroom includes a large bed, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom, making it convenient for guests who need to work during their stay.
• The second bedroom features bunk beds for up to four guests and its own bathroom, making it ideal for children or friends.

The bright, welcoming living room opens onto a spacious terrace with beautiful ocean views. Adjacent to the living room, the primary bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with:

• A walk-in closet
• Direct access to the balcony

Important Information

Potential Construction Noise

The property is located in a developing area, so occasional construction noise may be heard during daytime hours. No construction is taking place at the property, but activity in the surrounding area may vary and is outside our control.

Pet Policy

Small dogs are welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 USD applies.

Please notify us and receive approval before arrival. Last-minute or unregistered pets will not be permitted at the property.

No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. A $300 USD fine applies to violations.

Rooftop Jacuzzi Safety Notice

The private rooftop jacuzzi is positioned near the edge of the rooftop and features an infinity-style side without a protective barrier.

For everyone’s safety, children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on the rooftop and when using the jacuzzi. Guests are responsible for exercising appropriate caution in this area.

External Vendors

To protect the security and privacy of the residential community, external vendors are not permitted inside the property without prior authorization.

Our concierge team can recommend and coordinate trusted vendors for services such as:
