The home accommodates up to 8 guests. For larger groups, rent the neighboring property, Casa Salita, to host up to 17 guests in total. Enjoy a private oasis, morning coffee on the patio, or wine beneath the stars.

The Space

Located in the beautiful Playa Langosta neighborhood, La Casita offers a tranquil setting where modern design meets nature. Its centerpiece is a striking spiral staircase that winds through the center of the home, creating an elegant and inviting focal point.

Ground Floor

The open-plan ground floor includes:

Each bedroom also includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed.

The sunken living room has two comfortable sectionals and a Smart TV. In the spacious kitchen, you can prepare meals and drinks while watching birds and butterflies through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining area.

The dining table seats at least eight guests. For outdoor dining, the rancho features a six- to eight-seat table beneath its handmade palapa roof.

Surrounded by tropical plants, the private plunge pool is ideal for relaxing and socializing.

Playa Langosta is a quiet residential neighborhood situated in a cul-de-sac. The house is approximately a six-minute walk from Langosta Beach and its beautiful estuary on the Pacific Ocean.
