Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including:

• All four bedrooms
• The fully equipped kitchen
• Indoor and outdoor living areas
• The private swimming pool
• The rooftop plunge pool
• The rooftop terrace
• Tropical gardens
• All lounge areas

Free street parking is available directly in front of the villa and is usually easy to find.

The following areas are reserved for housekeeping and maintenance staff:

• Laundry room
• Utility room
• Staff service room

Important Information

• The swimming pools do not have child-safety barriers. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• As in many tropical destinations, brief power or internet outages may occasionally occur because of local infrastructure. These interruptions are generally infrequent and resolved quickly.
• Casa Cali is intended for peaceful, relaxing stays. Parties, events, DJs, and loud gatherings are not permitted in order to preserve the tranquil atmosphere of the neighborhood.
• For everyone’s safety, jumping into the pool from balconies, terraces, or the rooftop is strictly prohibited.
• A complimentary baby crib is available upon request. Please notify us before arrival so it can be prepared for your stay.

Chef and Catering Policy

To ensure quality, safety, and proper care of the property, only chefs and catering providers recommended or approved by us may work at the villa.

Guests who hire an unapproved chef, cook, caterer, or third-party food service provider do so entirely at their own responsibility.

The property owners and management are not liable for accidents, food safety issues, service failures, damages, or losses arising from unauthorized providers. Any damage caused to the property by such providers is the responsibility of the guest who made the reservation.
