The solar-powered home is also connected to the electrical grid for uninterrupted comfort. Asuchillo Beach is a two-minute walk away, while the community pool, lounge, and new Mexican restaurant are less than a two-minute walk from the house.

The Space

Welcome to a peaceful oasis within the beautiful Gran Pacifica Resort, which spans 2,500 acres along Nicaragua’s Pacific Ocean coastline.

The home comfortably sleeps four guests and can often accommodate up to five. It is thoughtfully furnished with modern comforts and includes:

The Golf Clubhouse offers breakfast, lunch, golf, frisbee golf, tennis, soccer, and golf cart rentals. Sea Salt features two community pools and beach access.

Two additional beachfront restaurants are located farther down the beach from Sea Salt. The first is just past the river, which should be crossed at low tide. Los Cardones is approximately half a mile beyond the first restaurant and is highly recommended.

Dining and Food Delivery

• The new Mexican restaurant beside the EVA community pool and lounge is a two-minute walk away. It serves food and margaritas.
• The Golf Clubhouse delivers directly to the house.
• Alice’s Restaurant, located just outside the security gate, offers food delivery.
• Sea Salt is the resort’s main restaurant and includes access to two community pools and the beach.
• Two beachfront restaurants are located beyond Sea Salt along the beach.

House Layout

The two-story beach house offers ocean views from both levels.

1. First floor: One bedroom and one bathroom with a shower.
2. Second floor: One bedroom and one bathroom with a shower. The second floor is accessed by an external staircase and includes a large balcony with ocean views.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house except for the storage room at the back.

Resort Fee

Gran Pacifica Resort charges a resort fee directly to guests. This fee is not collected by the host.

The fee is based on the number of bedrooms used:

• $10 per night for one bedroom
• $17 per night for both bedrooms

The resort collects this fee at the entrance.
