I will explain why I gave this listing three stars out of five. Firstly, location is amazing and the unit is stunning it’s just not run properly. Also, I’m limited to 1000 characters so I must be brief. Check in is at 3PM why are previous guests not checked out? I was unable to use early luggage drop off which is guaranteed in this booking because of this. Sneakers went missing during this commotion. Pool closes at 10PM this needs to be in the listing not a house rule after booking. Lock boxes should not require a deposit to use that’s absurd for the price paid. And to ask for the deposit in USD is insulting not everyone lives or walks around with USD. Unit was not turned over in a timely and clean manner. I was lied to about the washing machine not working. That was a lie and if it were true then the host admits I was provided with dirty sheets, towels & linens. Host needs to make adjustments in the future to make the guests feel at home and welcome.

Beautiful Authentic Cartagena 5 bedroom many bathroom home. Authentic regional and historic christian decoration. Fantastic day woman to help. Roof top pool and day beds are wonderful. Remember to have them put up the umbrellas- Cartagena has strong sun. Walking distance to all the historic Walled Centro sites and restaurants. Very quiet for inside the city. The area has vibrant nightlife and hundreds of the best Cartagena restaurants. The prestocking of drinks and food was reasonably priced.

The house was beautiful with perfect location, walking distance to mostly all the main places. Viviana , Osvaldo & our cook Rosa made everything possible to make us feel at home. They went out of their way to help us in everything we needed. Carolina helped us so much also to arrange transportation, party decoration and so much more. I highly recommend this house to everyone looking to have a great time in a beautiful & safe place .
