The Space
Villa Playa Hermosa is an ideal retreat for surfers and beach lovers, located directly on the beach in Playa Hermosa. The home offers a sense of seclusion, allowing you to enjoy the beach almost to yourself on some days, while still being just minutes away from excellent restaurants and shopping.
The villa is part of a gated condominium community with security, ensuring privacy and safety. It features two master bedrooms and four additional bedrooms, each with two queen-size beds and a private bathroom, making it perfect for multi-family vacations. You will have access to a private pool and be only steps from the beach.
Guests receive a gate pass for entry, and the host provides all necessary information to help make your stay in Costa Rica a true getaway. Please note that unauthorized visitors are not allowed, and guests under 25 years old must be part of a family group.

Nature and Safety
The villa is located within a nature preserve, so guests may encounter local wildlife such as turtles (especially during nesting season), iguanas, crabs, birds, and insects.
Please be cautious when swimming, as the Pacific Ocean can have strong undertows and riptides, particularly during the rainy season. Always heed rip tide warnings and never swim alone.
Fireworks, beach fires, and disturbing wildlife are prohibited to protect the environment and comply with local laws.
Additional Information
There are neighborhood beach cats that are fixed, wormed, and vaccinated. A caretaker regularly feeds and waters them. While these cats are friendly, please do not allow them inside the house. If they enter accidentally through an open sliding door, they can be gently guided back outside. These cats are not indoor pets.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Costa Rica! The property was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time. The location was great, with lots of delicious food and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find something to eat without having to travel far. The area was beautiful, peaceful, and convenient for exploring Costa Rica. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

What an extraordinary house! Even better and bigger in person. WOW!! The house had all of the amenities from beach towels, beach/pool accessories, well equipped kitchen, and the most comfortable beds! And Lisa is such a vibrant, welcoming, friendly host. She went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had all that we needed. Would highly recommend this place. I will definitely book this again… already thinking of plans for the near future.

We were a family of 10 adults and 2 children. The stay was amazing for everyone. The house is beautiful. In person, it's much better than what's shown in the photos, with many amenities for each family member. Simply a paradise for enjoying and resting.

10/10 recommend! Lisa and her concierge LA made us feel right at home. Very communicative, friendly, and helpful. We would love to book with her again! I was worried about how many bugs we would have to experience but the place is very clean and controlled that we didn’t have any problems even with it being the rainy season! Thank you Lisa and LA, we will remember this forever!

The house is beautiful! My only complaint is that the bed was not comfortable at all, and the curtains in the room are not blackout curtains. Everything else was perfect! The pool was spectacular.
