The bedrooms are furnished with two queen beds in one room and a king bed in the other. Additionally, the living room features a queen-sized daybed that doubles as a couch. An inflatable bed can be provided upon request for extra sleeping space.

The property is situated within a small gated community consisting of three other homes. It is located directly on the main road leading to Manuel Antonio, which means there is some road noise. Access to the house requires climbing three flights of stairs from the secure parking area.
