Located only 25 minutes south of Ojochal in the secure, gated community of Condo Paseo Lapas. The space This newly built 2 story home features all of the modern amenities you could ask for. Drive up the large driveway and park under the covered carport surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds. As you walk in the door you are greeted with a cozy main entry, powder room and a generous open concept living and dining area. The kitchen is loaded with top of the line appliances, a large island, dishwasher and all of the utensils you'll need to prepare a feast. The living area has lots of seating, a flat screen TV and fast, reliable wifi throughout. Also on the main floor is the master ensuite complete with king sized bed, air conditioning, large patio doors that lead you to the covered terrace and a private 3 piece ensuite. Upstairs are the 2 extra bedrooms. Each room has plenty of storage, air conditioning, queen sized beds and windows that over look the Pacific ocean. There is a shared 3 piece bathroom with rainfall shower head on the upper level. In the backyard, you'll find a large covered terrace with outdoor dining, BBQ area, sun loungers and swimming pool. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with exceptional ocean views. Enjoy the peace and quiet of private, mountain top living! Guest access You will have full access to the entire property. The location is incredibly private with only 2 other houses on the same road.

Meaghan was a great host. We loved the house and its beautiful location. Unfortunately there was a plumbing issue with the home that Meaghan tried her best to have serviced, but was unable fix. However, she offered us another house in the area that was equally beautiful for the remainder of our stay. Which worked out great. We really enjoyed the ocean views and incredible sunsets. Chontales is a bird lovers paradise where we had daily visits from toucans, green parrots, and occasionally saw scarlet macaws. The house itself was well appointed and stocked with everything you need. Swimming pool is a refreshing escape from the heat and humidity. Beds were very comfortable. We were glad the bedrooms had AC for a cool nights sleep. Keep in mind the location of Chontales is somewhat remote and there are no grocery stores, restaurants, or services nearby (the closest is 30 min away down the mountain). It was great for us to use as a home base for daily trips and excursions.

El acceso al lugar es tal como se describe, en verano es fácil llegar en 4x2, la casa es preciosa, impecable, limpia, paños disponibles, todo lo necesario para higiene personal disponible. Para cocinar tiene todo lo necesario. Meaghan y Terri son super atentas. El lugar es perfecto para descansar y despejarse.

Oh where to start. First, the instructions to Meaghan's airbnb were very clear and easy to follow. That being said, as stated in the airbnb description be sure to have a 4x4 to make the drive up the mountain. The view is stunning (even for those who are unseasoned on mountain traveling like my wife). Terri, the member of the team, met us at the gate lead us the rest of the way; so helpful! Second, the home was stunning! It exceeded our expectations! A true gem! Everyone in the family liked the house! It was homey, very crisp and clean, we were beautifully welcomed with fresh flowers and greenery. The pool was a hit that was used sometimes even 2x and day. The layout was cozy and yet big enough for all 5 of us. Third, my wife didn't hesitate reaching out with some questions in which Meaghan and Terri responded in a very timely manner, helping with any questions she had. Would (and will) definitely recommend this airbnb!

eine Tolle Unterkunft abseits vom Trubel. 4x4 wird gebraucht! Check in sehr einfach. Herrliche Sicht aufs Meer und in die Hügel. Wir konnten einige Vögel sehen. Zimmer sind komfortabel und sehr sauber. die Küche ist mit allem Wichtigen eingerichtet. Betten sind bequem. in allen Schlafzimmern gibt es AC. Wir konnten auch den Grill auf dem Sitzplatz benutzen. Meine Familie und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft weiter.

Muy feliz de haber escogido este alojamiento, la casa estaba impecable muy bonita, la vista es increíble , la atención por parte de los anfitriones fue muy buena son muy atentos y serviciales nos atendieron demasiado bien y siempre estuvieron para ayudarnos . Sin duda alguna volvería a este lugar . Súper recomendado .
