Blue Deer Residences offers an exclusive, carefully curated experience with on-site staff and concierge services. The 2 Boutique Villas are connected through their backyards and sit on a quiet paved road in town.
With eight bedrooms, including six king beds and four full-size beds, the property comfortably accommodates larger groups and celebrations. The team focuses on thoughtful details and personalized guest service, with a range of concierge options available to enhance your stay.
The Space
The villas are located within Blue Deer Residences Tulum, a private, fully staffed boutique property on a paved road near Kulkulkan Avenue and within walking distance of Tulum Town.
On-site staff includes:

The property can be accessed digitally, although management will greet you upon arrival.
Each villa features:

Together, the villas offer six king beds and four full-size beds. High ceilings and open-plan layouts create bright, airy interiors, while tropical views from every window provide a tranquil atmosphere. The villas are designed for resting, entertaining, relaxing, or working when necessary.

The spacious, spa-inspired bathrooms are tiled from floor to ceiling and feature walk-in showers. Organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are provided, along with travel hairdryers.

The spacious kitchens are fully stocked and suitable for preparing your own meals or arranging private chef services.

This was a fantastic stay! I traveled with 8 friends for a birthday trip and this was the perfect location. There was tons of space, the rooms were spacious, pool and hot tub were great, and everything was clean and well maintained. Having cleaners come each day was an amazing bonus as well. Lesley and all of the staff were extremely helpful and responsive, I’d highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area!

Incredible Stay for a 30th Birthday Celebration! Our stay at Lesley’s place in Tulum was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, Dayvis and the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and great communication. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Lesley went above and beyond to provide local recommendations, ensuring we had the best experiences during our birthday week. Lesley’s place was better than a 5 star resort! I celebrated my 31st birthday with 15 people at Blue deer and it was everything I could ever hope for. Lesley, Dayvis, and the staff were so helpful from the time I booked the home till the time we were packing back up to head back home. They think of everything even down to the smallest details. The house was in the perfect location to walk the main strip, it was spotless, and way more beautiful in person. We honestly felt like royalty with the maid and concierge service everyday. lol thank you Lesley and Dayvis for everything my family and I will be back soon!💕

Our experience at Blue Deer was so phenomenal that we can’t wait to plan our next stay. Dayvis, the housing manager, was instrumental in making our trip unforgettable, even helping with transportation arrangements. The communication with Lesley (host) was seamless, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Lesley communicated from the time of booking until check-out. We had a party of 15, so we needed 2 villas, and arranging transportation for all of us was never an issue. The villas surpassed all expectations, and the photos truly don't do them justice. This was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had, and I can't wait to return! We highly recommend. We were able to walk downtown and find several local restaurants, including a food truck park which was amazing! We never felt unsafe in the area. Lesley helped us arrange a chef and decorations also. The accommodations made this last minute (2month) planning stress free! The staff is also trustworthy!

Stayed 4 nights here with my family and rented two of the house. Amenities were amazing, the daily cleaning was great. The pools were very relaxing and the jacuzzi area what’s great for a night drink. Very walkable to the main strip with plenty of restaurants and bars. Dayvis hospatality was beyond amazing. He helped us organize a boat trip to isla mujeres! I would definitely book again !!!
