His uncle, who handed over the house to us, was very friendly. The house needs maintenance, and he has too many cats as pets, which come into the house and leave the smell of their urine and dirt on the lawn.

The stay at the house was quite pleasant, the spaces are large, the green areas too, the family and our dogs enjoyed it a lot. Just as small details, the house is old and maintenance is recommended, in addition to the fact that the pool water at this time was very cold. From there on out the experience was very pleasant, the person who received us was very pleasant and attentive at all times and the location is very good, you have many options to go shopping quickly. Thank you ☺️

Highly recommended, everything is as shown in the photos, easy access and arrival, the game room is a plus. The only detail is the WiFi that is intermittent and sometimes goes through time lapses, but in general very good.

The location is good, as is the communication with the host. However, the photos in the listing no longer match the current condition of the house. It is full of dust, there was trash in the garden, the pool walls are no longer clean, the garden has areas of dirt with no grass, and the little grass that was there was dry. In the barbecue area, the roof is also broken, the furniture is full of dirt, the towels they offer are worn, the mattresses and pillows are very old. There is a board in the house indicating that insecticide should be applied one hour before bedtime and the house should be ventilated, which is not mentioned in the listing and we were not prepared to do it that way. In the listing, there is a pool table that no longer exists. Unfortunately, I had to cancel and contact customer service to get a full refund of the booking. I sent the evidence and they responded positively. I hope they improve.
