The Government of the municipality of Los Cabos is implementing the Environmental Sanitation Tax. ★★★☆☆ This is a beautiful condo in a perfect beachfront location, which is why this review is so disappointing to write. We stayed for nearly two weeks, checking in on Monday, June 29, and checking out on Sunday, July 12. By the end of our first full day, I had already contacted the owner because the upstairs, where all of the bedrooms are located, would not cool. The following morning, I reported additional issues, including a leak from a bathroom ceiling, a non-functioning showerhead in the primary bathroom, and what appeared to be a plumbing leak around the base of the primary toilet. The biggest issue, however, remained the air conditioning. Despite repeated maintenance visits throughout our stay, the upstairs never became comfortable enough for sleeping. We spent most nights sleeping on top of the covers because it was simply too warm. A vacation without good sleep simply wasn’t much of a vacation.

The place was excellent but the hotel gave my mom and step-dad a hard time when they tried to come up to our room. They tried to pay but there was a communication gap and it caused a big ordeal. Some of the hotel staff were very rude to them and it was an extremely unpleasant experience. I’ll leave a separate review for the hotel somewhere else. Otherwise, The air bnb itself was excellent.

Just got back from a 3 night trip with 6 women in our 30’s, and highly recommend!! It’s the perfect mix of high end but in the middle of the hustle and bustle of cabo. Great hotel/staff/amenities. The beds and wifi were great. The penthouse was spectacular with amazing views. Only complaint would be the water in the showers wasn’t scorching hot like we liked it and only 2 elevators for like the whole place. Get ready to go up/down stairs!

We had a wonderful stay at Saul’s place in Cabo! The views from the property were absolutely beautiful and made for such a relaxing backdrop throughout our trip. We especially loved having the flexibility to cook our own meals in the unit or order room service directly through the hotel — it was the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. The location was another big highlight. It’s very central and walkable to Walmart and tons of local restaurants, which made it easy to grab groceries or head out for a casual dinner without needing transportation. A few aspects of the unit felt a bit outdated, and there were a couple minor maintenance items that could use attention, but nothing that took away from our overall experience. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to Cabo!

We had a wonderful stay at Saul's place to celebrate my wife's 60th Birthday with friends and family. Perfect location on the swimmable Medano Beach area and walking distance to town. The place is beautiful with sexy lighting and has very nice features as mentioned in the listing. Having the pool was awesome for those late night dips after coming back from a long day! It had everything we needed and more! Everyone at Pueblo Bonito was very kind and accommodating and Walmart is very close for groceries. We had a few dinners at the condo, a few in town and at the Resort restaurants. We'll recommend Saul's place to everyone looking for a rental and would love to stay again the next time we're in Cabo San Lucas! Steve & Kim

Oh my goodness! What a lovely place to stay for me, my spouse and our 3 adult children. It exceeded our expectations. The penthouse is absolutely stunning. We especially loved all of the outdoor space! Location is perfect. We won’t hesitate to book this penthouse again. Loved everything about it. Host was so gracious and helpful and communicative.
