3BR Villa in Placencia

We spent 13 days at the villas at Cocoplum. We loved the location being in the middle of the peninsula. Having a golf cart gave us all the freedom we needed to do all we wanted. The pool and private dock were a huge plus. The staff at Cocoplum were very friendly and very helpful. Very easy location to experience the many excursions Belize has to offer. The villa has everything you need. We would highly recommend staying at Cocoplum villas.

The Villas at Cocoplum were everything we'd hoped for in Belize. In our opinion, they were the best location on the beach. Herbert was a great host and available whenever we needed anything. The staff at the Villas were also extremely helpful. One in particular, Alvaro, helped with fishing gear, day excursions, and day to day needs. I would ,and will, recommend The Villas at Cocoplum to anybody considering a trip to Belize.

Herbert went above and beyond to make our stay more than enjoyable. He and all the staff were just amazing and so friendly. He gave us lots of info on things we wanted to do and how/where to book them. We had trouble getting in the condo super late one night (our fault) and he was there to help us in a matter of 5 minutes! The condo is exactly as pictured and absolutely beautiful! Plenty of linens, towels, kitchen supplies, games, pool floats, snorkel gear, etc. All you need to bring is your clothes. This home is very nicely decorated with great AC and ceiling fans, including a fan on the patio above a large table for meals/games. The grounds are immaculate and pool/jacuzzi are wonderful with very comfy chaise lounges and umbrellas for shade, volleyball, corn hole, paddle boards and kayaks. The pier was amazing for enjoying morning coffee and watching the sunset at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was perfect! It was great to get away from the "resort" experience, but still have access to everything nearby. We enjoyed sunrises from the pier, morning kayaking and paddle boarding, afternoons by the pool, and wonderful beach walks to the nearby bar and restaurant. I suggest getting a rental car. We were able to explore the village, as well as taking some jungle adventures with ease. The people of Belize, especially along the Placencia peninsula were incredibly friendly. We will definitely be back!

Condo and grounds are beautiful. Everything is clean, in good shape and high end. Location is a bit far from most things, so a golf cart/car is important. 5 minute drive to the closest markets and restaurants. 20 minutes to Placencia town. Or it is US$20 for a cab. Some of the boat tours will pick you up on the property's pier, so you can avoid the ride to town. Herbert is fantastic. Super prompt in responding. Easy check in. The only weird thing about the condo is that the curtains are basically see-through at night when the interior lights are on. Because the condo is on the ground floor, everyone in the common area of the property can look straight into the living room and master bedroom. Anyone on the side of the building can look into the master bath.

You will find this a wonderful bit of heaven! Everting you need ! Great pool lovely dock! Clean and sparkly ! Herbert was amazing!!

The accommodations were great and we were very comfortable in our unit. Herbert was a pleasure to work with, as he made sure our trip went smoothly. It was a wonderful stay!

You get more than what you pay for, it's exceptional and I hope to stay there again. Great location and very stylish. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was a great one. Our trip wouldn't have been as memorable if we hadn't stayed here, highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Placencia.
