Excellent place, definitely worth every peso I paid Playa del Carmen is definitely a place to go back to, and I will definitely go back there It is 2/3 blocks from the main avenue an incredible experience there is no restriction on the check-in time (obviously, after the agreed time) the place assigned for luxury parking!!! in front of the elevator I don't think there's anything bad to say, it's excellent, enough towels, clean, large, everything was great if anything, but if anything, as a note for next time, have sugar and instant coffee, because there was coffee for the coffee maker but no sugar, but I mean, it's nothing that couldn't be solved in the store downstairs 100000% recommended

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed in Playa del Carmen! Starting from the easy and quick checkin at arrival to arriving inside the home and finding it exactly how described. The beds were so comfortable which is key especially for our 2 week stay. It was walkable to everything we could want to do and right around the corner from 5th st. There were multiple people attending to us even at midnight when I had questions about things that were time urgent. The communication and timely responses were the best I’ve ever had. Each room had its own air conditioning controls which was so awesome. When we come back we will definitely be staying in this exact home again, it was perfect for our family.

Thanks to Abril, Maritza and Erika for their incredible treatment. They were attentive at all times from our arrival to our departure. The apartment is located in an excellent area, super central and close to restaurants and businesses. Everything within walking distance. We loved the pool and the apartment met our expectations. Thank you very much for everything

the space and the location are fantastic. you couldn't be closer to the beach and you are right in the middle of all the action. the appartment is very nice , spacious , clean. it does get vert loud in the evening because you are surrounded but lots of loud bars and you can hear the music really well in your bedroom. it didn't bother us too much, but just a heads up. the place is managed by an agency - which is a benefit because they are organized , punctual etc. however there is no flexibility compared to when you deal with the host directly, like if you need something slightly outside of the standard practice. overall we had an amazing Stay and would definitely stay there again.

My friends and I had a wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was exactly how is was advertised in the pictures, very clean and spacious. The location of the condo couldn't get any better. Once you walk out the front door of the building, you are only steps from the ocean, convenient stores, and 2 blocks from 5th avenue. The pool area was always kept clean, and there are plenty of chairs available. Abril and her staff were very helpful and informative. I would definitely return to this location again.

Great place to stay in playa del Carmen. Easy and quick communication with Abril. Apartment clean and matches the images. We appreciated the location close to the beach. Walkable distance to a lot of great restaurants. Very nice pool area.
