The Space

Completed in December 2024, these brand-new modern homes offer two spacious, side-by-side houses with a combined 4,134 square feet of air-conditioned indoor space and 1,380 square feet of outdoor space. The property is highly private, located a few blocks from the beach and within walking distance of supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants.

A mini supermarket, coffee shop, butcher, restaurants, Pilates studio, nail salon, tattoo parlor, and other conveniences are approximately a four-minute walk away.

Each kitchen includes:

The coffee station is stocked with Costa Rican coffee, black tea, chamomile tea, sugar, and small cartons of milk. Chilled drinking water is provided in the refrigerator, and all water on the property is potable.

Screens are installed on all windows to help keep unwanted visitors out.

Guest Access

The entire house and all amenities are included in the rental. Please make yourself at home.

I am available throughout your stay, but the level of interaction is entirely up to you. I am only a phone call or message away. Self-check-in is available upon arrival using a key code.

Additional Information

• Fenix West and Fenix East feature a state-of-the-art water softener and filtration system. It improves the water’s taste while helping protect the appliances and your skin.
• A large underground water tank provides a continuous supply of clean drinking water for up to three days.
• The pools are not fenced. Although this creates a beautiful, open-air setting, guests must exercise extreme caution and supervise children at all times. The property may not be suitable for families with very young children.
• The pools are refreshing but are not heated.
• White bath towels and colorful pool towels are provided for use at the property only. Please do not remove them from the property.
