Las Olas Casitas

Las Olas Casitas is a newly built property in Playa Grande, managed by locals who have lived in town for 25 years. It is located half a block from the world-renowned Playa Grande surf break—close enough to walk to the street and check the waves.

The property is centrally located near restaurants, coffee shops, and surf shops.

You can book one of the three identical casitas or reserve the entire property, which accommodates up to 15 guests. Inquire for more details.

The Space

The property features three stylishly appointed casitas arranged around a refreshing shared pool and surrounded by beautiful Malinche trees. The trees bloom bright red from March through May and remain lush and green during the rest of the year, providing ample shade from the Costa Rican heat.

Each casita includes:

• Two bedrooms
• Two full bathrooms
• A fully equipped kitchen
• A living room
• Private entrances
• Air conditioning and ceiling fans
• High-speed internet
• An alarm system

The bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides of each casita, with the kitchen and living room located in the center.

Primary Bedroom

The primary bedroom includes:

• Built-in closet with ample clothing storage
• Wall-mounted air-conditioning unit
• Ceiling fan
• Access to the kitchen and living room

Secondary Bedroom

The secondary bedroom features:

• Queen-size bed with a comfortable bamboo mattress
• Pull-out single trundle bed beneath the queen bed
• Built-in closet with ample clothing storage
• Wall-mounted air-conditioning unit
• Ceiling fan
• Access to the kitchen and living room
• Additional shelving and cupboard space
• Access to the second full bathroom

Each bathroom offers:

• Large walk-in shower

Kitchen and Living Room

The spacious, bright kitchen and living room are located in the center of each casita and are fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

Each kitchen includes:

• Large double-door GE refrigerator
• Built-in stovetop
• Convection and air-fryer oven
• Microwave
• Blender
• Coffee machine
• Built-in dining table connected to the kitchen island

Guests can also dine outdoors at the private outdoor table.

Each living room includes:

• Comfortable designer sofa that can accommodate a young child
• Coffee table
• Wall-mounted 50-inch Smart TV

Outdoor Space

Each casita has its own outdoor area with:

• Table seating for four
• Umbrella
• Hammock

Common Areas

The shared pool area is located beneath the Malinche trees and includes:

A shared laundry room with washing machines is located beside the pool pump room and is available for guest use.
